Demko took the shootout loss his last time out, allowing three goals on 30 shots (.900 SV%) in a 4-3 dropped game to Nashville. He has struggled mightily this season, amassing an ugly 1-6-2 rating with a 3.90 GAA and .879 SV%. He faces off against Montreal who snapped a three-game losing streak Tuesday with a shootout win over Detroit, 3-2 the night before.

Carolina is coming off a 3-1 loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs and is a team that loves to get pucks on net, averaging 37.0 SOG/GP to rank third in the NHL.

Quick allowed four goals on 38 shots (.895 SV%) in his last start, a 5-4 win over Florida in his last start. The 36-year-old has struggled this season, collecting a 3.34 GAA and .890 SV% while posting a 4-4-1 record in 10 starts. He takes on the Minnesota Wild Tuesday who were shutout by the Seattle Kraken 4-0 in their previous game.


Vasilevskiy amazingly stopped 52 shots and still took the loss as Tampa dropped his previous start 4-3 vs. Carolina. He has not been his usual dominant self early on this year, posting a 4-3-1 record, with his .911 SV% and 2.87 GAA. He faces off against Edmonton Tuesday who is on the second half of a back-to-back after dropping their third straight contest Monday in a 5-4 loss to Washington.
