The Golden Knights have sent Ben Jones to Henderson (AHL).

With Max Pacioretty and Will Carrier returning on Wednesday and Adam Brooks emerging, the Golden Knights have returned three forwards to the AHL. Jones failed to record a point in two NHL games but has six points (4G / 2A) in 12 AHL games.

Veleno (upper-body) is "highly doubtful" to play on Saturday.

Veleno suffered an upper-body injury in Wednesday's win over the Blues. He was not available for Friday's practice and head coach Jeff Blashill doesn't expect him to be available for Saturday's game vs. the Sabres.

Bailey (COVID-19) joined the Islanders on Friday but will not play vs. the Penguins.

Bailey had been quarantining in Florida since testing positive for COVID-19 on November 16th but finally was able to return home and join the team for Friday's practice. Still, he won't play tonight but the Islanders are hopeful he'll be available for Sunday.

Norlinder will draw back into the Canadiens lineup on Friday.

Norlinder was a healthy scratch in Washington on Wednesday but will dress as the No.7 defenseman on Friday. Norlinder, who has one shot while averaging 14:25 TOI/gm in his first two NHL games will replace Cedric Paquette in the lineup.
