Gaunce has missed the last two games with an upper-body injury that the suffered vs. the Devils last Tuesday. Gaunce, who has five points (3G / 2A) in 11 games since joining the Blue Jackets, will replace Emil Bemstrom in the lineup.

Bean has been sidelined by a groin injury since January 30th but will replace Gavin Bayreuther in the lineup on Monday. Bean has scored four goals with 11 assists (15 points) while averaging 21:14 TOI/gm in 41 games this season.

Merzlikins started both games of the Blue Jackets' back-to-back last week and will be starting his third game in four nights on Monday. He's 1-1-2 with a .905 SV% in four games since returning from injury.

This would be a huge blow to the Kings' top-6 in a difficult game--Arvidsson, Phillip Danault and Trevor Moore have formed one of the best second lines in the NHL this season.

Lomberg missed Saturday's game vs. the Red Wings and was placed on IR on Sunday, meaning he will miss at least the first two games of the week. Moving him to IR and losing Olli Juolevi on waivers opened up two roster spots to recall Spencer Knight and add the recently signed Petteri Lindbohm to the active roster.

The Panthers open the week with a back-to-back on Monday and Tuesday and Knight is expected to start one of those games. With the easier matchup on Monday in Buffalo, it seems likely that Knight will start the front-end of the back-to-back. Knight has gone 7-3-0 with a 2.55 GAA And .917 SV% in 10 AHL games.
