Talbot allowed three goals on 36 shots (.917 SV%) in the Senators loss to the Rangers on Wednesday. The loss snapped a brief two-game winning streak for Talbot, who will face the Rangers again on Friday. Talbot has not won a game in Ottawa this season, butis 3-2-0 with a 2.27 GAA and .928 SV% in five road starts.

Quick was pulled after allowing five goals on 14 shots (.643 SV%) in his previous start which ended in a 9-8 loss to Seattle. Quick has failed to find his footing this season as shown by his .890 SV%, 3.30 GAA and 7-6-2 record. It could not be better timing for him to draw the Arizona Coyotes who rank 27th in the NHL in goals per game (2.7) and last in shots per game (24.3).

Demko stopped 32 of 35 shots (.914 SV%) for his second win in three starts as he beat San Jose his last time out. It has been a nightmarish season for Demko so far as shown by his 3-9-2 record, .887 SV% and 3.80 GAA. He takes on a Florida Panthers team that has lost six of their last seven contests.

Raanta stopped 18 of 20 shots (.900 SV%) to snap a three-game losing streak as he beat the Calgary Flames his last time out. The Hurricanes' backup goalie has put up average numbers this season with his 4-2-2 record, 2.47 GAA and .901 SV%. He faces off against the St. Louis Blues who have lost three of their last four contests.

Thompson stopped 26 of 28 shots (.929 SV%) to win his fourth start in five attempts after beating Columbus in his last time out. The 25-year-old rookie has been incredible this season, with his 12-4-0 record, .921 SV% and 2.44 GAA. He faces the Pittsburgh Penguins who have lost their last two games after a 3-2 overtime defeat to Carolina their last time out.

Wood was a late scratch just before warmups Thursday and will miss his first game of the season due to an undisclosed injury. The 27-year-old has six goals and 11 points along with a +9 plus/minus across 23 games this season.

Konecny has not played since Nov.17th due to an upper-body injury but will be a game-time decision Thursday as Philadelphia takes on Tampa Bay. At the time of injury Konecny was leading the team in both goals (7) and points (19) through 17 games played.

DeAngelo was a game-time decision but missed Tuesday's game vs. the Islanders due to a lower-body injury. The 27-year-old has had an up-and-down first season in Philadelphia with three goals, seven assists, 48 SOG and a -12 plus/minus through 22 games and will hope to be healthy enough to draw back into the lineup vs. the Lightning.

Vanecek stopped 35 of 38 shots (.921 SV%) to pick up his second straight win as the Devils beat NYR his last time out. The 26-year-old has been nearly unbeatable in his first season in New Jersey, posting an 11-2-0 record with a .923 SV% and 2.11 GAA. He takes on the Nashville Predators who have only played once in the last week due to postponements but won 2-1 in overtime.
