Zegras has been on the Ducks taxi squad for the last few games but will likely suit up as the 12th forward on Friday. Zegras is a tremendous talent but has had a tough time racking up points early in his NHL career. Through 15 games, he has one goal and four assists.

Volkov will make his Ducks debut on Friday.
Volkov was a second round pick of the Lightning in 2017 and won a Stanley Cup with them last year. He had three goals and two assists in 19 games with Tampa Bay this season before being streamed to the Ducks on March 24th. Volkov will make his Ducks debut on a line with Isac Lundestrom and Maxime Comtois.

Barbashev (ankle) will return to the Blues lineup on Friday.
Barbashev, who has been out since February 18th, is expected to replace Sammy Blais in the lineup and skate on the fourth line. Barbashev tallied two goals with four assists (six points) in 17 games before getting hurt.

Carlo is day-to-day with an upper-body injury.
Carlo was knocked out of Thursday's game vs. the Penguins and is day-to-day with an upper-body injury. Carlo will not be available for Saturday's game, so look for Steven Kampfer to draw back into the lineup.
O'Connor is week-to-week with a lower-body injury.
O'Connor is expected to miss a few weeks according to head coach Jared Bednar, which could have a big impact on Colorado's fourth line. O'Connor has played very well as of late but they will turn to Liam O'Brien to fill that role on Friday.
White is day-to-day with an upper-body injury.
White was banged up on Thursday and did not return. He will likely miss Saturday's game vs. the Canadiens after being listed as day-to-day on Friday. Luckily, it looks as if they will get Artem Anisimov back to replace him at centre.

In the 2023-24 season, there were a total of 14 suspensions and 17 fines issued throughout the NHL. The longest suspension served was dealt to former-Detroit Red Wing David Perron at six-games after a cross-checking penalty dealt ironically against his current team in the 2024-25 season, the Ottawa Senators. Additionally, Perron was fined $148,437.48 for his actions.
