Brown will draw into the Blues lineup on Thursday.
Pavel Buchnevich is out with a concussion, so Brown will play for the first time since February 19th. Brown, who has three goals and three assists (six points) in 18 games this year, will centre the third line with Brandon Saad and Ivan Barbashev on his wings.
Scandella (lower-body) will be back in the Blues lineup on Thursday.
Scandella has missed the last 11 games with a lower-body injury but he will play Thursday vs. the Rangers. Scandella will be on the top pair with Colton Parayko. Scandella has one goal with eight assists (nine points) in 45 games this season.
Kessel (personal) will play Thursday in Toronto.
Kessel played just one shift in Tuesday's win over the Red Wings before leaving to fly back to Arizona to be with his wife for the birth of their child. He is scheduled to arrive in Toronto and be in the lineup on Thursday.

In the 2023-24 season, there were a total of 14 suspensions and 17 fines issued throughout the NHL. The longest suspension served was dealt to former-Detroit Red Wing David Perron at six-games after a cross-checking penalty dealt ironically against his current team in the 2024-25 season, the Ottawa Senators. Additionally, Perron was fined $148,437.48 for his actions.
