Bernier allowed four goals on 37 shots in the Red Wings shootout win over the Lightning on Sunday. Despite Jimmy Howard being in the starter's net this morning, it will be Bernier who starts tonight vs. Carolina. He's won two straight and is 11-10-1 with a 2.79 GAA and .906 SV% on home ice this season. Tonight he takes on a Carolina team that is 4-1-1 while scoring 3.83 goals per game in their last six road games.

This announcement comes a few hours after the Flyers labelled Myers as a game-time decision for tonight's game, which obviously isn't the case anymore. Myers should be ready for the start of the playoffs but will be replaced by Shayne Gostisbehere tonight.

Vasilevskiy gave up three goals on 38 shots in the Lightning's win in Boston on Saturday. He was given Sunday night off in Detroit, so look for Vasilevskiy to be back in the crease tonight in Toronto. He has gone 1-1-0 while giving up a combined seven goals on 51 shots (.863 SV%) in his first two starts against the Maple Leafs this season.

Andersen stopped all 30 shots that he faced in the Maple Leafs shootout loss in Anaheim last Thursday. The Maple Leafs used their California road-trip to get Andersen some rest, giving him just one start in the last nine days. Tonight he returns to the crease to face the Lightning for the third time this season--he's given up 10 goals on 57 shots (.825 SV%) in the first two meetings of 2020.

Demko allowed two goals on 22 shots in the Canucks loss to the Blue Jackets on Sunday. It looks like Demko will make his fourth straight start tonight and he's gone 2-4-0 with a 3.03 GAA and .903 SV% in six starts since Jacob Markstrom got hurt. Tonight he'll face an Islanders team that has lost six straight (0-3-3) while averring just 2.00 goals per game.

Varlamov allowed four goals on 29 shots in the Islanders loss in Ottawa last Thursday. Varlamov has struggled in his last 10 outings (eight starts), going 2-5-1 with a 2.59 GAA and .913 SV%. Tonight he faces a Canucks team that has lost five of their last six games (1-5-0) while averaging 2.67 goals for and 3.83 goals against per game.

Hanifin is going through protocol but head coach Geoff Ward doesn't think it will be a long-term absence. Travis Hamonic skated in Hanfin's spot on Tuesday and it looks like he could replace him on Thursday.

Abramov, 18, was a fourth-round pick of the Maple Leafs this past summer. Abramov has had a terrific QMJHL season, leading Victoriaville with 76 points (35G / 41A) in 63 games.

Demko allowed two goals on 22 shots in the Canucks loss to the Blue Jackets on Sunday. It looks like Demko will make his fourth straight start tonight and he's gone 2-4-0 with a 3.03 GAA and .903 SV% in six starts since Jacob Markstrom got hurt. Tonight he'll face an Islanders team that has los six straight (0-3-3) while averring just 2.00 goals per game.

Boeser has missed the last 12 games but was on the ice for the morning skate and will play tonight vs. the Islanders. Boeser will return on a line with Bo Horvat and Tanner Pearson and comes in with 16 goals and 29 assists (45 points) in 56 games this season.

Bjugstad recently returned to the Penguins lineup after a 46-game absence following core muscle surgery. Three games in, Bjugstad is back on the sideline, out week-to-week with a lower-body issue.

Hedman was on the ice for the Lightning's morning skate but will miss his second straight game with a lower-body injury that he suffered in Boston on Saturday. However, his availability for the morning skate suggests he's close to playing, so monitor his status prior to Thursday's game vs. the Flyers.

Polak re-entered the lineup on Saturday, playing 12:35 TOI in the loss to the Predators. Tonight he will be replaced by Andrej Sekera.

Sekera was a healthy scratch vs. the Predators on Saturday but will replace Roman Polak tonight vs. the Rangers. Sekera has two goals, six assists (eight points) and a plus-9 rating in 56 games this season.

Radulov was scratched Saturday vs. the Predators and is still not ready to play tonight vs. the Rangers. With Radulov out, Justin Dowling will remain in the lineup.

Hart stopped 38 of 39 shots in the Flyers win over the Sabres on Saturday. Hart is riding a seven-game winning streak while posting a 1.72 GAA and .942 SV% and is 20-2-2 with a 1.61 GAA, .944 SV% and one shutout on home ice this season. The 21-year-old has won both of his starts vs. the Bruins this season, stopping 52 of 59 shots (.881 SV%) in the process.

Murray allowed five goals on 28 shots in the Penguins loss to the Capitals on Saturday. Murray has allowed at least three goals in five of his last six starts, going 2-4-0 with a 3.58 GAA and .866 SV% over that stretch. Tonight he'll face the Devils for the second time this season--he allowed two goals on 21 shots in a 2-1 loss back in mid-November.

Despite Philippe Myers being listed as a game-time decision, Gostisbehere said that he'll play tonight vs. the Bruins. It will be Gostisbehere's first NHL game since February 6th and he comes back in with 12 points (5G / 7A) in 41 games this season.

Abdelkader stayed home for Tuesday's morning skate and will not be available vs. the Hurricanes. Head coach Jeff Blashill stressed that Abdelkader is dealing with a regular illness, nothing more season.
