He has gone 1-2-0 with a 3.33 GAA and .892 SV% in his first three starts vs. the Blackhawks this season.

Saros has won three straight while posting a 2.32 GAA and .934 SV% and will make his third straight start tonight in Edmonton. The 24-year-old netminder has gone 7-4-3 with a 3.15 GAA and .905 SV% on the road this year.
Merzlikins stopped all 16 shots that he faced inn last night's shutout win over the Red Wings. Yet another shutout for Merzlikins, who is 8-0-0 with a 1.00 GAA, .967 SV% and five shutouts in his last eight starts. Even with a rough matchup with the Avalanche in town, Merzlikins is too hot to fade right now.

Nylander was a surprise scratch last night and did not travel to Montreal for Saturday's game. With Nylander out on Friday, Andreas Johnsson moved up to the first line and Zach Hyman saw time on the top power-play unit.

It was good enough and that's all he'll need on most nights with his new team thanks to their high octane offence. He'll start on back-to-back nights and gets set to face a Montreal team that has won six of their last eight while scoring 3.63 goals per game.
