Shesterkin has performed very well early in his NHL career, going 3-1-0 with a 2.51 GAA and .927 SV% in his first four starts. However, Wednesday will be his stiffest test yet. The Maple Leafs come in averaging the second-most goals with the third-best power-play since Christmas. With Michael Hutchinson in the other crease, Shesterkin is a good candidate for the win but will likely give up three or four goals.

He'll look to get back in the win column against the Sharks, who have lost five of their last six while scoring just 1.67 goals per game.

His opponent on Tuesday is a Sabres team that is 1-3-0 while scoring just 1.50 goals per game in their last four games.
