Eriksson has been a healthy scratch for the last seven games but will draw into the lineup vs. the Penguins because Josh Leivo is out for 2-to-3 months. Eriksson, who has just one goal in 17 games, will skate with Bo Horvat.

Leivo will miss 2-to-3 months with a fractured kneecap.
Following Thursday's game, head coach Travis Green said that he didn't think it was "going to be great" and the news is terrible. Leivo will be out until at least mid-February and his absence will allow Loui Eriksson to draw back into the lineup on Saturday.

Sikura will draw into the Blackhawks lineup on Saturday.
Sikura was a healthy scratch for the last five games but will replace Brandon Saad (ankle) in the lineup in Colorado. Sikura has no points in two games with the Blackhawks this season.
Saad (ankle) will be out for a "couple weeks."
Saad was forced to leave Thursday's game in Winnipeg after suffering an ankle injury on a hit by Luca Sbisa. With Saad out, Dylan Sikura will draw back into the Blackhawks lineup on Saturday.

Barbashev (upper-body) will be back in the Blues lineup on Saturday.
Barbashev missed the last two games with an upper-body issue but will play Saturday in San Jose. Barbashev has five goals and 10 assists (15 points) in 34 games this season.

Lundqvist will start Sunday vs. the Ducks.
Lundqvist gave up three goals on 42 shots in the Rangers loss in Anaheim on Saturday. Lundqvist's personal losing streak has extended to four games but he's played well at Madison Square Garden this season. He is 6-3-1 with a .919 SV% on home-ice and catches the Ducks without many of their top-6 and on the tail-end of a back-to-back.

The longest suspension served was dealt to former-Detroit Red Wing David Perron at six-games after a cross-checking penalty dealt ironically against his current team in the 2024-25 season, the Ottawa Senators. Additionally, Perron was fined $148,437.48 for his actions.
