Capobianco comes up from the AHL because Jordan Oesterle was hurt last night and Capobianco will likely serve as a reserve defenseman with Ilya Lyubushkin replacing Oesterle.
Chlapik appeared in three straight games but will be scratched with Artem Anisimov returning from a lower-body injury. Chlapik failed to record a point in his three games.
Brannstrom appeared in all 13 games this season but will allow Cody Goloubef to make his season debut on Tuesday. Brannstrom has had a tough start to the season, collecting just one assist and 13 shots.
Goloubef will be playing in his first NHL game since March 14th. The 29-year-old, who has 23 points (2G / 21A) in 134 career NHL games, will replace Erik Brannstrom to get him some playing time.
Anisimov missed the last five games but as expected, he'll be back in the lineup vs. the Islanders. Anisimov will replace Filip Chlapik and re-enters the lineup with one goal in five games.
Markstrom allowed two goals on 29 shots in the Canucks loss in Anaheim last Friday. Thatcher Demko got the nod on Saturday but Markstrom will make his third start in four games on Tuesday. He's actually been better on the road, but has yet to lose in regulation in Vancouver, going 2-0-1 with a 2.84 GAA and .910 SV% so far. He also went 2-0 against the Blues a season ago.
Anderson gave up five goals on 32 shots in the Senators' loss in Boston on Saturday. Anders Nilsson gave him a breather last night, so that means Anderson will get the red-hot Islanders tonight. The Isles are on a nine-game winning streak while averaging 3.33 goals per game, so Anderson might night be the best option on a busy Tuesday.
Binnington allowed three goals on 30 shots in the Blues victor vs. the Blue Jackets last Friday. Jake Allen finally gave him a night off on Saturday but they'll go right back to Binnington in Vancouver. Binnington has gone 5-1-0 with a 2.17 GAA and .926 SV% in his last six starts, putting him back firmly among the top goalies in the league. The Canucks' offence is among the best in the league right now but it's hard to justify benching Binnington.

He's actually been better on the road, but has yet to lose in regulation in Vancouver, going 2-0-1 with a 2.84 GAA and .910 SV% so far. He also went 2-0 against the Blues a season ago.
Hellebuyck allowed two goals on 53 shots in the Jets win in San Jose last Friday. Hellebuyck made up for his disastrous outing in Anaheim a few days prior and is now 6-5-0 with a 2.57 GAA and .927 SV% on the season. The Devils enter the night having lost three of four but are averaging an impressive 4.25 goals per game over the stretch.
Price gave up three goals on 39 shots I the Canadiens loss in Dallas on Saturday. The loss snapped a brief two-game winning streak for Price, who comes into Tuesday's game at 3-3-0 with a 2.55 GAA, .903 SV% and one shutout on home-ice. He was 2-2-0 with a 2.28 GAA, .938 SV% and one shutout vs. the Bruins last year but they are a ridiculous 11-1-2 and average 3.71 goals per game (3rd) this year, so beware.
Simek missed the first 15 games of the season after undergoing knee surgery in the spring but will play Tuesday vs. the Blackhawks. It has not been confirmed but he is expected to replace Tim Heed and suit up on the third-pair. Simek has one goal and eight assists (nine points) in 41 games this season.
Karlsson is dealing with an upper-body issue so Lean Bergmann was called up from San Jose (AHL) on Monday and will replace him vs. the Blackhawks. Karlsson should be considered questionable for Thursday's game vs. the Wild as well.
Hughes missed Saturday's game in San Jose but will play tonight vs. the Blues. Hughes has heated up as of late, picking up six assists in his last six games. Ashton Sautner will come out of the lineup to make room for Hughes.
Kase missed the last five games with a jaw issue but will play Tuesday vs. the Wild. There's no word on who Kase will replace in the lineup or who he will play with, but he returns with one goal on 26 shots (3.9 SH%) and four assists in 11 games.
Gibson stopped 39 of 40 shots in the Ducks win over the Canucks last Friday. Gibson was able to neutralize one of the best offences in hockey right now and won for the second game in a row. He has been drastically better in Anaheim this season, going 5-1-0 with a 1.83 GAA and .948 SV%, so don't hesitate to start him vs. a Wild team that has scored the third-fewest goals (2.36 GF/gm) this season.
Raanta allowed four goals on 36 shots in the Coyotes loss to the Canadiens last Wednesday. Raanta has been average so far this season, posting a 2.96 GAA and .914 SV% in four starts but that's not good enough to wrestle playing time away from Darcy Kuemper. Tonight Raanta will see a Flames team that is 4-1-1 while scoring 3.83 goals per game on home-ice this year.
