Domingue allowed three goals on 33 shots in the Lightning’s win in Buffalo on January 12th. Domingue has won eight starts in a row while posting a 2.70 GAA and .907 SV%. Despite only playing in 20 games Domingue is tied for 15th in the NHL in wins (16), while being tied for 31st in SV% (.905) and 33rd in GAA (2.99).

Rinne stopped 35 of 36 shots in the Predators win in Colorado on January 21st. The win snapped a three-game losing streak for Rinne, who had allowed 14 combined goals in those three starts. In his first start against the Stars, Rinne allowed two goals on 30 shots in a 2-0 shutout loss (Dec. 27).


Eaves is expected to play in Winnipeg, just his sixth game of the season and his first game since November 9th. Eaves failed to record a point while averaging 14:18 TOI/gm in the first five games.

Silfverberg missed the final four games before the All-Star break but is expected to play Saturday in Winnipeg. Silfverberg has 12 goals and seven assists (19 points) in 42 games this season.

Murray surrendered just two goals on 35 shots in the Penguins win over the Lightning on Wednesday. Murray continues to play very well, finishing January at 6-2-0 with a 2.62 GAA, .917 SV% and one shutout. Murray is also 1-1-0 with a 2.57 GAA, .928 SV% and one shutout in two games vs. the Maple Leafs this season.

Bernier allowed three goals on 31 shots in the Red Wings win loss in Vancouver on January 20th. Bernier has not played very often this season and comes in on a personal four-game losing streak (0-3-1) while posting a 4.04 GAA and .870 SV%. Even with a solid matchup in Ottawa, Bernier’s .889 road SV% suggests that you’d be better off leaving him on the waiver wire.


Quick allowed three goals on 36 shots in the Kings win over the Blues on January 21st. January was a pretty tough month for Quick, who went 3-3-1 with a 3.21 GAA, .902 SV% and one shutout. Tonight he will face an Islanders team that has won 15 of their last 20 (15-3-2) games.

Lehner surrendered two goals on 40 shots in the Islanders loss in Chicago on January 22nd. The loss snapped a three-game winning streak for Lehner, who finished January at 6-1-1 with a 1.73 GAA, .935 SV% and one shutout in eight games. With Thomas Greiss going last night, Lehner is expected to make his second appearance vs. the Kings—he stopped 28 of 30 shots in a 7-2 win in their first meeting (Oct.18).

Kunitz has been in the lineup for the last four games but the veteran winger will be replaced by Brendan Perlini on Saturday.

Perlini has been a healthy scratch for the last three games but will replace Chris Kunitz on Saturday. Perlini has just three goals and one assist in 23 games since being traded to the Blackhawks.

Delia allowed five goals on 39 shots in the Blackhawks win over the Capitals on January 20th. The win snapped a six-game losing skid for Delia, who has gone 4-2-3 with a 3.00 GAA and .923 SV% since joining the Blackhawks in late-December. Tonight it looks like he will face a Wild team that went 8-5-0 while averaging 2.46 GF/pg in January.

Larkin was in some distress during the Red Wings’ overtime win over the Maple Leafs on Friday and will not play Saturday in Ottawa. Andreas Athanasiou will move up to the top-line vs. the Senators.

Fleury allowed two goals on 27 shots in the Golden Knights loss to the Predators before the All-Star break. Fleury finished January at 5-4-0 despite posting an impressive 2.26 GAA, .914 SV% and one shutout. The 34-year-old is 12-8-1 with a 2.86 GAA and .896 SV% on the road.


Ekman-Larsson missed the last three games before the break with a lower-body injury but will be a game-time decision in San Jose. Ekman-Larsson would replace Jakob Chychrun (lower-body) in the lineup if he plays.

Kuemper allowed two goals on 27 shots in the Coyotes win in Ottawa on January 22nd. Kuemper has been impressive recently, winning six of his last seven starts (6-0-1) while posting a 2.10 GAA, .925 SV% and one shutout. The 28-year-old has gone 2-0-0 with a 2.88 GAA and .910 SV% in two starts vs. the Sharks this season.
