Pekka Rinne
Howard will start Wednesday vs. the Bruins.

Howard gave up two goals on 36 shots in the Red Wings loss in Ottawa last Thursday. Jonathan Bernier started on Saturday, so Howard should be well rested coming into tonight’s game vs. the Bruins. Jimmy Howard
Nieto (lower-body) will be back in the Avalanche lineup on Wednesday.

Matthew Nieto
Lindberg will be a healthy scratch on Wednesday.

Lindberg has often been a healthy scratch this season and will come out of the lineup tonight after playing the last two games. Lindberg, who has no points in eight games this season, will be replaced by Tomas Hyka.

Oscar Lindberg
Hyka will be back in the Golden Knights lineup on Wednesday.

Hyka was a healthy scratch on Monday, but will replace Oscar Lindberg tonight in Arizona. Hyka has registered just four points (1G / 3A) and 22 shots in 16 games this season.

Tomas Hyka
Luongo will start Wednesday in Tampa Bay.

Luongo gave up four goals on 24 shots in the Panthers loss in New York on Saturday. Luongo had his four-game winning streak snapped last Thursday and has now lost two in a row while allowing 10 goals on 60 shots (.833 SV%). In his first start vs. the Lightning, Bobby Lu stopped all 13 shots that he faced before leaving the game with an injury.

Roberto Luongo
Petersen is expected to start Wednesday vs. the Avalanche.

Petersen stopped all 29 shots that he faced in the Kings shutout win in St. Louis on Monday. Petersen has been great since coming up from the AHL, going 2-1-0 while stopping 101 of 106 shots (.953 SV%) in three games. Petersen will try to keep his roll going against an Avalanche team that is currently third in the NHL in scoring (3.55 GF/pg).

Cal Petersen
Fleury is expected to start Wednesday in Arizona.

Fleury allowed three goals on 32 shots in the Golden Knights win in Edmonton on Sunday. Fleury has alternated wins and losses in his last nine appearances and is now 9-8-1 with a 2.63 GAA and .901 SV% on the season. Tonight he takes on a Coyotes team that is 2-4-1 while averging just 2.00 goals per game over their last seven games.

Marc-Andre Fleury
The Canucks have sent Richard Bachman to Utica (AHL).

Bachman gave up six goals on 29 shots in his only start with Vancouver this season. With Anders Nilsson returning as the Canucks backup tonight, Bachman heads to Utica, where he is 1-4-0 with a 4.23 GAA and .865 SV% this season.
