Anderson allowed two goals on 28 shots in the Senators win in Detroit last Friday. Anderson has gone four of his last seven starts (4-3-0) while posting a 2.24 GAA, .931 SV% and one shutout. The Flyers goaltending shuffle continues. Lyon goes back to the AHL, Carter Hart gets called up for the first time and Anthony Stolarz (lower-body) goes on IR.

Stolarz had been playing O.K. with the Flyers but got hurt while starting for the third time in four days on Saturday. Stolarz has struggled with injuries throughout his young career and the most recent injury is expected to cost him 2-4 weeks. Carter Hart was recalled from Lehigh Valley (AHL) to take Stolarz spot on the roster.

Hart is one of the top goaltending prospects in the NHL and his time has arrived earlier than expected. With Brian Elliott and Anthony Stolarz on IR, Michal Neuvirth and Alex Lyon playing terribly, Hart is going to get a chance. Hart has played better as of late but his AHL numbers aren’t great—9-5-1, 3.05 GAA and .901 SV%. Expect him to make his NHL debut vs. Detroit on Tuesday.

Letang missed Saturday’s game vs. the Kings but could play Monday vs. the Ducks. Letang was a full participant in the Penguins morning skate, suggesting he’ll be back in tonight.

DeSmith turned aside 48 of 51 shots in the Penguins win over the Bruins last Friday. Matt Murray turned in a great performance on Saturday as well but they’ll go back to DeSmith tonight vs. the Ducks. A solid 1-2 in net could be shaping up for the Penguins after a tough start to the season. Anaheim has won eight of their last nine while averaging 3.67 goals for per game.

Sanford had three goals and one assist in five games during his demotion. He returns to the Blues where he has collected nine points (4G / 5A) in 23 games this season.

Blackwood has gone 6-7-0 wth a 2.69 GAA and .911 SV% in 15 games with Binghamton this season. The 22-year-old, former second-round pick (No.42 overall in 2015) will serve as the Devils’ No.2 netminder while Cory Schneider (abdominal strain) is on IR.

Schneider has had a terrible season and it just got worse. Schneider has been moved to IR with an abdominal strain and MacKenzie Blackwood was recalled from Binghamton (AHL).

Price allowed two goals on 18 shots in the Canadiens win over the Senators on Saturday. It was an easy night for Price, who has won five straight starts while posting a 2.19 GAA and .923 SV%. Tonight he faces the Bruins for the second time this season—he is 1-1-0 with a 1.53 GAA and .956 SV% in the first two meetings.
