Tonight he goes up against a Kings team that comes in at 24-11-5—Smith is 9-10-0 with a 2.95 GAA and .903 SV% on home ice this season.
Raanta allowed four goals on 25 shots in the Coyotes loss in Anaheim on Sunday. Raanta has played fairly well this season but doesn’t have a lot of support. Raanta has gone 1-6-1 with a 2.94 GAA and .912 SV% in 10 home starts and is in tough against the visiting Predators.
Davidson got back into the lineup on Tuesday but will serve as a healthy scratch for the third time in four games tonight. Matt Benning will take his place on the blueline.
