Spurgeon will miss at least the next could of games with a groin strain.

Spurgeon won’t play Wednesday vs. the Golden Knights or Saturday vs. the Blues as the Wild wait to see if his groin strain is a day-to-day thing or more of a week-to-week injury. With Spurgeon out, look for Ryan Murphy to remain in the lineup for the time being.

The Flyers have loaned Danick Martel to Lehigh Valley (AHL).

Martel failed to record a point in four games with the Flyers, so he returns to the Phantoms where he has 14 goals and five assists (19 points) in 17 contests. His return to the AHL suggests that Jordan Weal will be back in the lineup on Saturday--but it could also simply be a paper transaction since the Flyers have three days off.

Condon allowed three goals on 28 shots i the Senators loss to the Coyotes on November 18th. Condon has had his fair share of struggles this season, going 1-0-3 with a 3.00 GAA and .904 SV% in five starts and one relief appearance. He will be in tough tonight as he goes head-to-head with Carey Price, who has stopped 73 of 74 shots since returning from injury.

Bjork (undisclosed) skated on Wednesday;is a “possibility” to play Saturday in Philadelphia.

Bjork will miss his seventh consecutive game with an undisclosed ailment, but he was on the ice this morning and the Bruins believe he could be back on Saturday.
