Prosser will make his Blues debut on Wednesday.

Prosser spent the first 282 career NHL games with the Wild and will make his St. Louis debut tonight with Carl Gunnarsson out because his wife gave birth this morning. Prosser will play alongside Colton Parayko but doesn’t have a lot of fantasy intrigue.

Nate Prosser
The Senators have sent Logan Brown to Windsor (OHL).

Brown had just one assist in four games with the Senators and heads back to Windsor, where he had 14 goals and 26 assists (40 points) in 35 games last season. This will be much better for Brown’s development and the move suggests that Colin White (wrist) could be back in the lineup soon.

Logan Brown
Greiss will start Thursday in Minnesota.

Greiss allowed three goals on 31 shots in the Islanders win over San Jose last Saturday. Greiss has won his last two starts while turning aside 68 of 72 shots (.944 SV%) that he has faced. Tonight he will make his fifth start of the season and it comes vs. a Wild team that is averaging 3.14 goals for per game.

Thomas Greiss
Neuvirth will start Thursday in Ottawa.

Neuvirth stopped 23 of 24 shots in the Flyers’ 1-0 loss to Nashville last Thursday. Brian Elliott started the last two games, but Neuvirth will start tonight in Ottawa. He has had an excellent start to the season, posting a 1.36 GAA and .957 SV% in three starts so far. He takes on a Senators team that is tied for fourth in the NHL in scoring (3.44 GF/PG).

Michal Neuvirth
Allen will start Wednesday vs. the Flames.

Allen allowed three goals on 22 shots the Blues’ overtime loss in Vegas on Saturday. After starting the season with a three-game winning streak, Allen has dropped three of his last four starts while posting a 2.96 GAA and. 892 SV%. Tonight he faces a Flames team that is 27th in goals for (2.44 GF/PG).

Jake Allen
The Jets have activated Matt Hendricks (undisclosed) from injured reserve.

Hendricks has missed the first seven games of the season, but it looks like he will make his Jets debut on Thursday. In 42 games with the Oilers last year, Hendricks had just four goals and three assists (seven points).

Matt Hendricks
The Jets have reassigned Nic Petan to Manitoba (AHL).

Petan has not picked up a point in six games but has only averaged 8:59 TOI/GM, so he wasn’t given a great opportunity to succeed. Petan heads to Manitoba, where he has 13 goals and 24 assists (37 points) in 56 career games.

Nic Petan
Rowney will miss a minimum of four weeks with a broken hand.

Rowney left Saturday’s game in Tampa Bay and was diagnosed with a broken hand on Tuesday. The Penguins bottom-6 forward will miss at least four weeks, so look for Greg McKegg and Tom Kuhnhackl to remain in the lineup following the addition of Riley Sheahan.

Carter Rowney
Schultz was diagnosed with a concussion after Tuesday’s game with Edmonton.

Schultz lasted just 5:51 TOI before departing following a Drake Caggiula hit and was diagnosed with a concussion after the game. Concussions are tricky, so don’t expect Schultz to play Thursday vs. Winnipeg.

Justin Schultz
Johns suffered a concussion in Tuesday’s game in Colorado.

Johns played just 5:32 TOI before departing Tuesday’s contest and being diagnosed with a concussion. Dallas in Edmonton on Thursday, so don’t expect Johns to be on the blueline.

Stephen Johns
Patrick left Tuesday’s game with an upper-body injury and did not return.

Patrick was forced to leave Tuesday’s game with a possible concussion after being knocked into the glass head-first in the second period. The summer’s No.2 overall pick has had a slow start to his rookie campaign, picking up just one goal and two assists (three points) in nine games. Patrick seems unlikely to play Thursday in Ottawa.
