Grubauer hast a 4.08 GAA and .876 SV% in four starts and one relief appearance so far this season—he is still searching for his first win of the season. He’ll have a good opportunity to do so tonight, against the 4-8-2 Sabres who come in very banged up
Quick allowed three goals on 36 shots in the Kings’ win over the Maple Leafs last Thursday. Darcy Kuemper got the nod on Saturday, so they’ll obviously come back to Quick tonight in Anaheim. The Ducks are extremely banged up and Quick has been excellent, posting a 1.99 GAA, .939 SV% and two shutouts in 11 starts this season.
Gibson allowed four goals on 29 shots in the Ducks’ loss to Nashville last Friday. Ryan Miller had a nice performance in San Jose on Saturday, but they’ll go back to Gibson tonight vs. the Kings. The young netminder has lost three of his last four starts while allowing a combined 14 goals on 107 shots (.869 SV%).
Allen allowed four goals on 31 shots in the Blues win over the Maple Leafs on Saturday. Allen has won four of his last five starts while positing a 2.01 GAA and .930 SV% in the process. Despite a nice start to the season, he has struggled on the road, posting a 3.11 GAA and .901 SV% in five starts.
Talbot surrendered four goals on 35 shots in the Oilers shutout loss to the Red Wings on Sunday. Talbot has lost three of his last four starts while giving up 14 combined goals on 129 shots (.891 SV%). Talbot comes into Tuesday at 1-2-1 with a 2.34 GAA and .925 SV% on the road.

Smith allowed four goals on 30 shots in the Flames’ win over the Devils on Sunday. Smith extended his winning streak to three, stopping 99 of 105 shots (.943 SV%) in the process. Smith comes into Tuesday with a 4-4-0 record, 2.67 GAA and .914 SV% on home-ice so far this season.
Raanta stopped 36 of 37 shots in the Coyotes’ win over the Hurricanes on Saturday. Scott Wedgewood got the nod last night, so they’ll come back to Raanta tonight vs. the Penguins. Raanta is coming off of the best performance of his short Coyotes career and it could be a sign of things to come as he gets back to 100 percent.
Lagace stopped 22 of 23 shots in the Golden Knights’ shootout loss in Toronto last night. With seemingly every other goalie injured, Vegas doesn’t really have any other choice but to go back to Lagace tonight. He has allowed 18 goals on 129 shots (.860 SV%) in five games.

Lindgren stopped all 38 shots that he faced in the Canadiens’ shutout win in Chicago on Sunday. It was an unreal season debut for Lindgren, who is with the team because of Carey Price’s injury. He earned a second straight start tonight and makes for a strong spot-start option with the Golden Knights in town.
