The Oilers have recalled Iiro Pakarinen from Bakersfield (AHL).

Pakarinen, 25, has one assist in five games with the Condors this season and has yet to appear in an NHL games this season. He suited up for 63 games with the Oilers last season, tallying 13 points (5G / 8A). Pakarinen takes Anton Lander's spot on the roster, but remains on IR.

Iiro Pakarinen
Dubnyk will start Sunday vs. the Red Wings.

Dubnyk allowed one goal on 27 shots in the Wild’s win over the Lightning on Friday. Lehtonen has won three in a row while stopping 88 of the last 94 shots (.936 SV%) that he’s faced. Dubnyk is tied for the NHL lead in wins (30), GAA (1.96) and SV% (.934). He has been great and needs to be in your lineup vs. the Red Wings this afternoon.

Devan Dubnyk
Rask will start Sunday vs. the Canadiens.

Rask gave up three goals on 26 shots in the Bruins’ win over the Sharks’ on Thursday. Anton Khudobin started yesterday to keep Rask rested for tonight’s game vs. the Canadiens. This is historically a team that Rask struggles against, but he stopped 30 of 31 shots that he faced in a 2-1 OT win in his only start against Montreal this season.

Tuukka Rask
Hammond has cleared waivers and has been sent to Binghamton (AHL).

Hammond went 0-2-0 with a 4.08 GAA and .837 SV% in four starts and two relief appearances with the Senators. Even with Craig Anderson away from the team for an extended period of time, Hammond fell way behind Mike Condon in the pecking order and was dealing with injuries of his own. He went unclaimed, so he heads to Binghamton where he is 0-2-0 with a 2.56 GAA and .907 SV% this season.

Andrew Hammond
Lehner will start Sunday vs. the Canucks.

Lehner stopped 43 on 44 shots in the Sabres’ win in Toronto last night. It was an outstanding outing for Lehner, who is now 14-15-6 with a 2.52 GAA and .925 SV% on the season. Lehner has had a strong season and he stopped 18 of 20 shots in a 2-1 loss in his first start against the Canucks this season.

Robin Lehner
Couture (upper-body) is on the ice for warmups; expected to play vs. New Jersey.

Couture missed the Sharks’ game on Saturday, but is on the ice for warmups and is expected to be in the lineup in New Jersey this afternoon. Couture has 38 points (19G / 19A) in 54 games this season, including seven goals, six assists (13 points) and 2.21 shots per game in his last 14 games.

Logan Couture
Markstrom will start Sunday in Buffalo.

Markstrom allowed three goals on 32 shots in the Canucks’ loss in Nashville on Tuesday. Ryan Miller started the last two games, including last night, so Markstrom is expected to start vs. Miller’s former team tonight. In his first start against the Sabres, Markstrom turned away 26 of 27 shots in a 2-1 win back in October.

Jacob Markstrom
Couture (upper-body) will be a game-time decision on Sunday.

Couture was a late scratch on Saturday because of an upper-body injury, but head coach Pete DeBoer said that Couture is feeling much better today and is listed as a game-time decision. Monitor his status as the Sharks’ hit the ice for pre-game warmups at Noon ET.

Logan Couture
Jones will start Sunday afternoon in New Jersey.

Jones was pulled after he allowed three goals on 12 shots in the Sharks’ loss in Boston on Thursday. Aaron Dell played very well yesterday, but they’ll go back to Jones on the tail-end of a back-to-back this afternoon. Jones has lost three in a row while allowing a combined 10 goals on 76 shots (.868 SV%).

Martin Jones
Moore (concussion) will return to the Devils’ lineup on Sunday.

Moore has been sidelined by a concussion since December 31st, but is set to get back in the lineup vs. the Sharks this afternoon. Moore has been a nice source of offence on the Devils’ blueline having recorded five goals and eight assists (13 points) in 37 games this season. Karl Stollery will come out of the lineup for Moore.

John Moore
Vanek (ankle) is questionable for Sunday's game.

Vanek briefly left Saturday's game but was able to finish the contest with a sore ankle. Someone fell on his ankle and head coach Jeff Blashill wasn't sure if Vanek would be available for tonight's game in Minnesota. The Wild bought Vanek out last year, so you know he wants to be in the lineup today.

Thomas Vanek
Price will start Sunday in Boston.

Price allowed four goals on 25 shots in the Canadiens’ win in Arizona on Thursday. It wasn’t Price’s strongest performance, but it was enough to snap a three-game losing streak. Price has gone 2-4-0 with a 3.03 GAA and .903 SV% in his last six starts and while he’s struggled recently, Price is 2-0-1 with a 1.96 GAA and .935 SV% in his first three starts vs. the Bruins.

Carey Price
Darling will start Saturday in Edmonton.

Darling allowed four goals on 32 shots in the Blackhawks’ loss to the Jets on January 26th. Darling is arguably the best backup in the NHL and comes into Saturday with a 12-5-2 record, 2.31 GAA, .925 SV% and two shutouts. Tonight he will take on an Oilers team that comes in ranked 12th in the NHL in scoring (2.76 GF/PG).
