Luongo will start Tuesday in Calgary.

Luongo allowed four goals on 41 shots in the Panthers’ loss to the Islanders last Friday. Luongo is 2-2-0 with a 2.26 GAA and .935 SV% in four January starts. Tonight he will face a Flames team that has lost four of their last six games. The 37-year-old is 5-5-3 with a 2.39 GAA and .919 SV% in 13 starts outside of Sunrise, Florida.

Ribeiro is expected to return to the Predators lineup on Tuesday.

Ribeiro was a heathy scratch for two straight games, but is expected to be back in the lineup tonight, replacing Craig Smith. Ribeiro has four goals and 18 assists (22 points) in 41 games so far this season.

Subban (upper-body) is not expected to play on Tuesday.

Subban practiced on Monday and skated during Tuesday’s morning skate, but stayed on with the extras and is not expected to play in Vancouver. Monitor his status prior to Thursday’s game in Calgary.

Bobrovsky (illness) will return to the Blue Jackets crease on Tuesday.

Bobrovsky missed the last three games with an illness, but will start tonight vs. the Hurricanes. In his last start, Bob stopped 25 of 26 shots in a win over the Flyers. The 28-year-old has gone 15-3-0 with a 1.84 GAA and .939 SV% in 18 starts at Nationwide Arena this season—he’ll face a Hurricanes team that ranks 11th in the NHL in scoring (2.77 GF/PG).

Rinne is expected to start Tuesday in Vancouver.

Rinne allowed two goals on 30 shots in the Predators win in Colorado on Saturday. Rinne has won three of his last four starts while posting a 1.72 GAA and .940 SV%. Rinne hasn’t bee great on the road, but will face the Canucks for the second time in a week—he stopped 29 shots in a 2-1 OT win over the Canucks last Tuesday.

Crawford will start Tuesday in Colorado.

Crawford allowed three goals on 32 shots in the Blackhawks’ loss to the Wild on Saturday. He has now lost two in a row and sits at 3-3-0 with a 3.29 GAA and .894 SV% in January. Tonight will be his third start against the Avalanche—he has gone 1-0-1 with a 1.00 GAA, .972 SV% and one shutout in the first two.

Andersen will start Tuesday vs. the Sabres.

Andersen allowed two goals on 36 shots in the Maple Leafs win in New York last Friday. Andersen got Saturday night off, so he should get back in goal tonight vs. the Sabres. The 27-year-old has gone 3-1-1 with a 3.80 GAA and .885 SV% in five games this January and tonight he faces the Sabres for the second time. He stopped 42 of 43 shots in a 2-1 win in the first meeting.

Pavelec will make his season debut on Wednesday.

Pavelec was sent to the Manitoba Moose (AHL) at the start of the season and was recalled on Tuesday to try and patch up the Jets’ crease. The veteran netminder has gone 8-7-2 with a 2.78 GAA and .917 SV% in 18 games with Manitoba and tonight he makes his season debut vs. the Coyotes. Pavelec has appeared in 371 career NHL games and posted a .907 career SV%.

Gibson was the first goalie off of the ice.

Gibson allowed two goals on 25 shots in the Ducks’ loss to the Blues on Sunday. It looks like Gibson will go again tonight, despite Jonathan Bernier posting a shutout on Saturday. Gibson has been great in January, going 5-1-1 with a 1.42 GAA and .956 SV% in seven starts this month. He’ll face a Lightning team without Stamkos, Hedman, Callahan and more.

Ward will start Tuesday in Columbus.

Ward allowed four goals on 32 shots in the Hurricanes’ win over the Islanders on Saturday. ward has won four in a row despite posting a 2.98 GAA and .909 SV%. The Hurricanes continue to lean heavily on Ward with Eddie Lack out and tonight marks his 20th consecutive start. He is 5-9-5 with a 2.51 GAA and .906 SV% on the road this season.

Miller will be between the pipes Tuesday vs. Nashville.

Miller allowed four goals on 35 shots in the Canucks’ loss in Philadelphia on Thursday. Jacob Markstorm got the nod in a loss on Sunday, so Miller will get back in the crease tonight. He has yet to lose in regulation in January (3-0-2) while posting a 1.95 GAA and .935 SV%. He allowed two goals on 26 shots in a 2-1 OT loss in Nashville last Tuesday.

Rodin is out indefinitely with a knee injury.

The Canucks released the following statement on Rodin this afternoon: “On January 6th vs. Calgary, [Rodin] fell on and re-aggravated the same knee he rehabilitated from surgery (skate cut) in January 2016. After a period of observation, his knee hasn’t returned to the same level of fitness as before the fall. Our [medical team] and [Rodin] have determined it is in his best interest to undergo a period of rest, followed by rehab, until his knee strength and function return. [Rodin] will undergo an MRI and orthopaedic consult this week.”

The Lightning have recalled Jake Dotchin from Syracuse (AHL).

Dotchin, 22, was a sixth round pick of the Lightning in 2012 and he could be making his NHL debut on Tuesday. With Victor Hedman sick, Dotchin has joined the Lightning in Anaheim after scoring three goals with nine assists and 77 PIMS in 33 games with Syracuse.

Helm (shoulder) is expected to return to the Red Wings’ lineup this weekend.

Helm has missed the last 27 games with a dislocated shoulder, but it looks like he’ll only miss one or two more games before returning to the lineup either Friday or Sunday. The Red Wings are playing their best hockey of the season right now, so Helm’s return will be a huge boost to their lineup. He has seven points (4G / 3A) in 17 games this season.

Ferland (lower-body) will be a game-time decision on Tuesday.

Ferland has missed the last two games with a lower-body injury, but skated on the fourth line in the morning skate and called himself a game-time decision for tonight’s game. All signs are pointing towards him returning, so expect the rugged winger to play. He has 11 points (5G / 6A) in 44 games this season.
