Rask gave up five goals on 32 shots before being pulled in the Bruins 9-2 loss to the Kings on Tuesday. It was a tough night for the entire Bruins squad, who left Rask hung out to dry. Tonight he will look to bounce back in Winnipeg—Rask is an impressive 10-4-3 with a 1.89 GAA and .939 SV% on the road this season.

Talbot will start Thursday vs. the Maple Leafs.

Talbot allowed two goals on 26 shots in the Oilers loss in New Jersey on Tuesday. He has now lost three in a row while allowing a combined 11 goals on 70 shots (.843 SV%). Despite his recent struggles, he remains a high-end option on Thursday with the Maple Leafs in town. Toronto currently features a lineup with minimal offensive prowess.

Enroth will likely start with Jonathan Quick day-to-day.

Enroth stopped 14 of 15 shots after replacing Jonathan Quick in the Kings loss to the Ducks last Thursday. With Quick sidelined, expect Enroth to start tonight in Brooklyn. He hasn’t played much this season (eight starts) but has played well when called upon—he comes in at 4-3-1 with a 2.11 GAA and .931 SV%.

Holtby will start Thursday in Minnesota.

Holtby allowed three goals on 26 shots in the Capitals win in Nashville on Tuesday. Holtby has won four in a row while posting a 2.25 GAA and .919 SV%. Holtby is an incredible 34-5-3 on the season and is a must-start against a struggling Wild squad. Minnesota has lost six in a row and 11 of their last 12.

The Kings have recalled Peter Budaj from Ontario (AHL).

Budaj has spent the entire season in the AHL with Ontario, where he has gone 26-9-3 with a 1.58 GAA and .935 SV%. He has been very impressive with the Reign and tonight he is expected to serve as Jhonas Enroth’s backup with Jonathan Quick out with an undisclosed injury.

Scrivens will start Friday vs. the Sabres.

Scrivens allowed two goals on 39 shots in the Canadiens win over the Lightning on Tuesday. Scrivens has won three straight games while posting a 1.30 GAA and .959 SV%. His recent stretch of strong play has earned him a fourth consecutive start. He draws a strong matchup in Buffalo—the Sabres have lost four in a row while being outscored 16-8.

Quick remains day-to-day with an undisclosed injury; not expected to play Thursday.

Quick suffered an undisclosed injury on Tuesday vs. the Bruins. Jimmy Hayes slid into him late in the contest and Quick suffered what is expected to be a minor injury. With Quick out, Jhonas Enroth is expected to start with Peter Budaj coming up from Ontario (AHL) to serve as his backup.

Hammond starts Thursday against Colorado.

Hammond allowed four goals on 18 shots after replacing Craig Anderson in the Senators 7-2 loss to the Oilers last Thursday. Hammond will look to collect his first win since January 4th—Hammond is 3-5-2 with a 3.10 GAA and .900 SV% this season. He will face an Avalanche team that has lost four straight games.

DeKeyser (knee bruise) is expected to be in the lineup on Friday.

DeKeyser was struck by a shot on Wednesday, but is good to go for Friday’s game vs. the Avalanche. This is great news for the Red Wings, who are already without Mike Green and Niklas Kronwall on the back-end. DeKeyser has three goals and one assist in his last eight games.

Andersen will start Thursday vs. the Blue Jackets.

Andersen stopped 28 of 29 shots in the Ducks win in Philadelphia on Tuesday. Andersen has been red-hot as of late, winning six straight games while posting a 1.67 GAA and .941 SV%. In his first start against the Blue Jackets, Andersen turned aside 34 of 36 shots in a 4-2 win. Columbus comes in having won four of six.

Crawford allowed one goal on 26 shots in the Blackhawks loss to the Sharks on Tuesday. The loss snapped a three-game winning streak for Crawford, who comes in at 31-13-2 with a 2.10 GAA and .931 SV% on the year. Tonight will be his third start vs. Dallas—he has gone 1-1-0 with a 2.51 GAA and .928 SV% in the first two meetings.

Hellebuyck will get the nod against the Bruins.

Hellebuyck stopped 21 of 22 shots in the Jets win in St. Louis on Tuesday. It was a big win for Hellebuyck, who had lost five of his previous six starts. Hellebuyck has gone 13-10-1 with a 2.25 GAA and .921 SV% on the year and comes in at 8-7-0 with a 2.66 GAA and .911 SV% on home ice. He’ll take on a Bruins team that was pummelled 9-2 in their last game.

Lehner was pulled after allowing four goals on 12 shots in the Sabres blowout loss to the Panthers on Tuesday. Despite the rough outing, Lehner will be back in goal tonight vs. the Flyers. Lehner is 2-3-1 with a 2.65 GAA and .926 SV% this season and tonight he faces a Philly team that has lost three consecutive.
