Fleury starts Sunday vs. the Hurricanes.

Fleury allowed five goals on 25 shots in the Penguins loss in Tampa Bay on Friday. Fleury is now 2-1-3 with a 2.61 GAA and .914 SV% since returning from a concussion. One of those extra time losses came against the Hurricanes, who he will face again this afternoon. Fleury is 8-5-2 with a 2.52 GAA and .918 SV% on home ice this year.

Neuvirth is expected to start in Detroit on Sunday.

Neuvirth allowed three goals on 24 shots in the Flyers win over the Canadiens on January 5th. Steve Mason has started the last four games, including yesterday’s loss to the Rangers, so look for Neuvirth to go tonight in Detroit. Neuvirth has had a strong season in the Flyers crease, but he is sub .500 on the road—3-4-1, 2.40 GAA and .928 SV%.

Miller allowed three goals on 39 shots in the Canucks loss in Washington on Thursday. It was not a bad outing for his first start in nearly one month. Miller has just one regulation win since December 13th, but he’ll go for win No. 11 on the season tonight. He will face an Islanders team that has won three of their last four on home ice.

Crawford starts Sunday vs. the Canadiens.

Crawford allowed one goal on 40 shots in the Blackhawks win in Montreal on Wednesday. Crawford has won seven consecutive games and after getting Thursday night off, he’ll get back between the pipes tonight, where he’ll take on the Canadiens on home ice. In January, we’ve seen Crawford post a 1.49 GAA with a .957 SV%. He is a must-start right now.

Lack will start Sunday in Pittsburgh.

Lack allowed one goal on 24 shots in the Hurricanes win in St. Louis on Thursday. Cam Ward was in goal on Friday, but the Hurricanes will go back to Lack today in Pittsburgh. Since December 11th, Lack has gone 5-1-2 with a 2.23 GAA and .920 SV%. This afternoon he faces a Penguins team that has lost four of their last five.

Scrivens will start Sunday vs. the Blackhawks.

Scrivens allowed four goals on 31 shots in the Canadiens loss in Philadelphia on January 5th. Mike Condon has started the last four games, including last night in St. Louis, so Scrivens will make his third start tonight. He has allowed seven goals on 61 shots (.885 SV%) in his first two starts with the Habs. Chicago comes in having won 10 straight, so stay away from Scrivens tonight.

Domingue will start Monday vs. the Sabres.

Domingue allowed three goals on 25 shots in the Coyotes overtime loss to the Red Wings. The loss snapped a four-game winning streak for Domingue, who was given the night off on Saturday. Tonight he will face a Sabres team that has won three of their last four games while averaging 3.00 goals per game.

Rask leads the Bruins onto the ice for warmups.

Rask allowed three goals on 21 shots in the Bruins loss to the Flyers on Wednesday. Jonas Gustavsson started last night so Rask will face the Maple Leafs tonight. Rask hasn’t had the start to 2016 that he would have liked—he comes into Saturday at 0-4-1 with a 3.01 GAA and .900 SV% in January, but has gone 2-0-0 vs. the Leafs this season.

Bernier was torched for seven goals on 31 shots in the Maple Leafs blowout 7-0 loss in San Jose on December 9th. The loss snapped a three-game winning streak for Bernier, who is expected to start tonight after James Reimer suffered the loss vs. Chicago last night. The Bruins have lost five of their last seven .

Niemi starts Saturday in San Jose.

Niemi allowed two goals on 25 shots in the Stars loss to the Wild last Saturday. Kari Lehtonen started last night which will allow Niemi to start tonight in his return to San Jose. Niemi went 163-92-35 in six seasons with the Sharks and comes into play tonight at 16-8-4 with a 2.41 GAA and .914 SV% this season. His former team comes in having won four in a row.

Quick leads the Kings onto the ice for warmups.

Quick allowed two goals on 27 shots in the Kings win over the Red Wings on Monday. Quick will start the first game of the Kings back-to-back, this afternoon vs. the Senators. Quick has gone 3-0-1 with a 1.23 GAA and .949 SV% in January and today he will look to get revenge for his December 14th loss to the Senators.

The Kings have signed Anze Kopitar to an eight-year contract extension.

Kopitar, 28, has spent his entire NHL career with the Kings after the club selected him in the first-round (11th overall) of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft. In 725 regular season games he has 645 points (230G / 415A), a plus-62 rating and 194 penalty minutes, while in 70 postseason games he has 60 points (18G / 42A), a plus-22 rating and 37 penalty minutes en route to two Stanley Cups.
