Varlamov allowed three goals on 30 shots in Colorado’s loss in Winnipeg on Saturday. The loss snapped a brief two-game winning streak for the Avalanche netminder, who will go tonight in Vancouver. The Canucks are missing a number of players from their lineup and aren’t very good, but Varlamov is 0-2-0 with a 3.67 GAA and .875 SV% against them this season.

Rinne surrendered three goals on 27 shots in the Predators loss in Vancouver on Saturday. Rinne has gone 3-1-1 with a 3.00 GAA and .904 SV% in the month of March. Tonight will make his third start vs. the Oilers—Rinne has gone 2-0-0 with a 0.50 GAA, .982 SV% and one shutout in the first two meetings.

Quick allowed two goals on 24 shots in the Kings loss to New Jersey on Saturday. Quick has gone 3-1-1 with a 2.15 GAA and .904 SV% in March and tonight he’ll face the Blackhawks for the third time this season. Quick posted a 1-1-0 record with a 2.97 GAA and .875 SV% in their first two meetings of the year.

Markstrom allowed two goals on 34 shots in the Canucks win over the Coyotes last Wednesday. Markstrom has won his last two starts while stopping 64 of 68 shots (.941 SV%). Tonight, Markstrom will take on a Winnipeg Jets team that has lost six of eight while giving up an average of 3.00 goals per game.

There is no word what is ailing Burrows, but he will come out of the lineup vs. the Jets. With Burrows out, the Canucks have recalled Alexandre Grenier, who will appear in his second career NHL games. Burrows is day-to-day.

Allen gave up four goals on 38 shots in the Blues win in Dallas on Saturday. Allen extended his winning streak to six, while posting a 2.42 GAA and .929 SV%. Allen is 11-5-2 with a 2.64 GAA and .919 SV% on the road this season and tonight he faces a Calgary team that has lost nine of their last 11 games, while giving up an average of 3.46 goals per game.

Gaunce had one goal in six games with the Canucks during his call-up, but now he returns to Utica, where he has 33 points (15G / 18A) in 43 games this season.

Grenier, 24, failed to record a point in his NHL debut on November 18th, but has picked up 37 points (13G / 24A) in 57 games with Utica. He is expected to play in his second career NHL game tonight.

Subban missed Saturday’s game after being hospitalized with a neck injury on Thursday. He will be sitting out for the Canadiens’ back-to-back on Tuesday and Wednesday, but it looks like he could be back by the weekend, when they have another back-to-back on Saturday and Sunday.

Beaulieu has missed the last nine games with a lower-body injury, but it looks like he’ll be back in the lineup this week. Monitor Beaulieu’s status during Tuesday’s morning skate to see if he returns tomorrow or later in the week.

Hendricks missed Saturday’s game with an undisclosed injury that he suffered on Thursday, but he will get back into the lineup tonight vs. the Predators. Hendricks has just nine points (3G / 6A) in 57 games this season.

Andersen gave up four goals on 22 shots in the Ducks loss in St. Louis on Friday. Despite the struggle, the Ducks will continue to roll with their two-start rotation tonight. The loss snapped a six-game winning streak, but tonight he’ll look to start a new one. He stopped 21 of 22 shots in a 2-1 win in his first start vs. the Devils this season.

Brossoit surrendered six goals on 27 shots in the Oilers loss in Columbus on March 4th. The 22-year-old netminder has gone 0-2-1 with a 2.93 GAA and .919 SV% in three career NHL starts, so he’ll look to notch his first career win tonight vs. the Predators. Nashville comes in having lost three of five.

Martha, 21, was the 20th overall pick in 2013 and has had a strong season with Grand Rapids. The 6-foot-5 winger has picked up 45 points (21G / 24 A) in 56 games after posting just 33 points in his first season with the Griffins. The Red Wings offence has been sputtering as of late, so an infusion of size and skill upfront might be exactly what they need.

Brodie was listed as doubtful on Sunday, but his absence from the morning skate further enforces that Brodie will not play on Monday. Brodie remains day-to-day and should be able to return later in the week.

Bennett will miss his second straight game with an upper-body injury that he suffered last Wednesday. With Bennett out, Ken Agostino will remain in the Flames lineup and likely in the top-6 like he was on Friday. Bennett remains day-to-day.

O’Reilly has been out for nearly one month due to a foot injury he suffered on February 19th. He was back on the Sabres’ top-line in practice this morning, which suggests he’ll return to the lineup vs. Montreal on Wednesday. The 25-year-old has 49 points (17G / 32A) in 59 games this season.

Wiercioch missed Saturday’s game vs. the Maple Leafs and will miss a second straight game with an undisclosed injury. With Wiercioch out, Chris Wideman will remain on the Senators’ third-pair.
