Condon allowed one goal on four shots after replacing Dustin Tokarski in last night’s 5-1 loss in Nashville. Condon has not recorded a win since December 1st. He has gone 0-5-0 with a 3.36 GAA and .854 SV% in five starts and two relief appearances since. Tonight he will face a Wild team that has won three of five while averaging 3.60 goals per game.
Anderson allowed two goals on 33 shots in the Senators win over the Sharks last Thursday. Andrew Hammond has started two of the last three games, but lost on Sunday, so Ottawa will go back to Anderson tonight in Florida. The veteran netminder is 5-4-0 with a 2.86 GAA and .916 SV% in December and tonight will be his second start vs. Florida—in the first meeting he made 25 saves in a 4-2 win.
Domingue stopped all 25 shots that he faced in the Coyotes shutout win over the Islanders last Friday. It was a nice first start of the season for Domingue, who will obviously get another shot tonight vs. the Maple Leafs. Toronto’s offence has been particularly hot as of late, winning four of six while averaging 4.50 goals per game over that span.
Ramo allowed three goals on 34 shots in the Flames loss in Detroit on Saturday. Ramo has now lost two in a row while allowing a combined six goals, but has still been impressive in December, going 5-2-0 with a 2.40 GAA and .921 SV% overall. Tonight, he makes his fifth consecutive start and it will come against a Winnipeg team that has lost three of four.
Allen allowed four goals on 31 shots in the Blues loss in Philadelphia on Monday. Despite the loss last night, the Blues will go back to Allen tonight in Boston. That puts Allen at 4-4-0 with 2.37 GAA and .912 SV% in December, easily his worst month of the season, but still solid. Tonight he will take on a Bruins team that has won five of their last six games.
Crawford allowed three goals on 36 shots in the Blackhawks win over the Sharks on Sunday. Crawford has now won three straight games and is 7-2-1 with a 1.49 GAA and .951 SV% in December. Despite his recent hot streak, he remains a dangerous option on Tuesday in Dallas. The Stars have won three of their last four games while averaging a robust 4.50 goals per game.
