Faksa left Saturday’s game vs. Buffalo with a lower-body injury and it will keep him out of tonight’s game vs. the Jets. Faksa was able record a goal and assist in that game before leaving, but he will be replaced by Martin Hanzal in the lineup tonight.

Nyquist left Sunday's game in Edmonton with a lower-body injury following a knee-on-knee collision and never returned. He was able to take to the ice this morning, which is a good sign, but his status for tonight's game remains up in the air.

Markstrom allowed two goals on 39 shots in the Canucks’ win over the Penguins on Saturday. Markstrom has won three of his last five starts (3-1-1) while allowing just eight goals on 136 shots (.941 SV%). One of those starts came against the Red Wings, who he’ll face tonight—he stopped 20 of 21 shots in a 4-1 win in Detroit two Sunday’s ago.

Grubauer allowed two goals on 38 shots in the Capitals’ loss in Calgary on October 29th. Grubauer hast a 4.08 GAA and .876 SV% in four starts and one relief appearance so far this season—he is still searching for his first win of the season. He’ll have a good opportunity to do so tonight, against the 4-8-2 Sabres who come in very banged up.

Calvert is expected to miss 3-4 weeks with an upper-body injury, so the Blue Jackets moved him to IR on Monday. This move likely means that Tyler Motte will remain in the Blue Jackets’ lineup for the foreseeable future.

Oleksiak has appeared in eight games on defence this season but will draw into the lineup as a fourth line winger on Monday. Oleksiak is expected to play on a line with Martin Hanzal, but the defenseman doesn’t have any fantasy appeal despite the position change.

Tarasenko reportedly suffered an upper-body injury in Toronto on Saturday and left practice early on Monday. Head coach Mike Yeo said that the injury shouldn’t be serious but they’re monitoring the start winger.

Hellebuyck allowed five goals on 50 shots in the Jets’ overtime loss to Montreal on Saturday. The loss snapped Hellebuyck’s three-game winning streak, but won’t deter Paul Maurice from going back to him tonight in Dallas. He faced the Stars last Thursday, stopping 21 of 23 shots in a 5-2 win on home ice.

Leipsic has been a healthy scratch for the last five games, but will draw in against his former team tonight in Toronto. Leipsic will replace Will Carrier in the lineup and comes into tonight with four assists in eight contests.

Hanzal has missed the last three games with a lower-body injury, but will return to the lineup tonight vs. the Jets. Hanzal has had a slow start to the season, recording one goal in 11 games and tonight he will centre the fourth line.

Lundqvist gave up four goals on 34 shots in the Rangers’ win in Florida on Saturday. Lundqvist has won three in a row while allowing nine goals on 87 shots (.906 SV%). Tonight he will make his second start of the season against the Blue Jackets—he stopped 40 of 42 shots in a 3-1 loss in the first meeting.

Lagace allowed four goals on 28 shots in the Golden Knights’ win in Ottawa on Saturday. Lagace has allowed a combined 15 goals on 104 shots (.856 SV%) in three starts and one relief appearance since becoming the Vegas No.1. Tonight he takes on a Maple Leafs team that has struggled as of late and could be without Auston Matthews (game-time decision).

Wedgewood allowed four goals on 39 shots in the Coyotes loss in Detroit last Tuesday. Antti Raanta returned to the lineup to start the last two games, but it looks like Wedgewood will start the first game of Arizona’s back-to-back. Wedgewood has stopped 63 of 70 shots (.900 SV%) since being acquired by the Coyotes.

Luongo surrounded five goals on 44 shots in the Panthers loss to the Rangers on Saturday. It was an inauspicious return to the crease for Luongo, who will make his second straight start after a six-game absence. Luongo has allowed a combined eight goals on 62 shots (.871 SV%) in two road starts this season.
