Tonight he will make his fifth start of the season and it comes vs. a Wild team that is averaging 3.14 goals for per game.

Neuvirth stopped 23 of 24 shots in the Flyers’ 1-0 loss to Nashville last Thursday. Brian Elliott started the last two games, but Neuvirth will start tonight in Ottawa. He has had an excellent start to the season, posting a 1.36 GAA and .957 SV% in three starts so far. He takes on a Senators team that is tied for fourth in the NHL in scoring (3.44 GF/PG).

Darling’s career in Carolina has not gotten off to a great start, as he has won just two of five starts while posting a 2.57 GAA and .898 SV%. Things don’t get any easier with the dangerous Tampa Bay Lightning in town tonight.
