Andrej Nestrasil
Green left Friday’s game with an upper-body injury and did not return.

Green left in the first period of Friday’s game after being hit by Flames’ forward Josh Jooris. The Red Wings did not have an update on Green after the game. Keep an eye on his status prior to Saturday’s game in Vancouver. If he can’t play, expect Jakub Kindl to play.

Mike Green
Schwartz underwent surgery for a fractured ankle and will miss 12 weeks.

Schwartz was injured in practice on Friday and will now miss 12 weeks or three months of time. This timetable would put Schwartz out until late-January which would likely see him miss 40 games. This is a terrible break for the Blues, who will likely move Robby Fabbri into the top six when he is healthy and could be forced to move some blueline depth to pick up a forward.
