Rinne stopped 28 of 30 shots in the Predators 5-2 win over the Blackhawks in Game 5. Rinne finally outplayed Scott Darling and kept the Predators alive heading back to Chicago for Game 5. Rinne comes into tonight with a 2.45 GAA and.915 SV% in the first five games of the series.

Halak was pulled after he allowed five goals on 35 shots in the Islanders 5-1 loss in Game 5. He has a 2.61 GAA and .913 SV% in the series and will have to be great tonight for the Islanders to avoid elimination. He stopped 52 of 55 shots (.945 SV%) in the Games 3 and 4 at home.

Mrazek had another shutout going late in Game 4, but the Lightning pushed two passed him in the final six minutes and another in Overtime. He has a 2.43 GAA and .922 SV% in the first four games of the series and will need to turn in another huge performance tonight.



Holtby stopped 22 of 23 shots in the Capitals 5-1 win over the Islanders in Game 5. He has posted a 1.68 GAA and .945 SV% in in his four appearances in this series. He will look to shut the Islanders down tonight to punch their ticket into the second round.

Darling allowed four goals on 28 shots in the Blackhawks 5-2 loss to the Predators in Game 5. Darling has a 1.68 GAA and .950 SV% in the series so far. He will look to finish the Predators off tonight, back in Chiacgo. He stopped 85 of 89 shots (.955 SV%) in the two home games.

Lehtera missed the morning skate because of a lower-body injury that he suffered after being hit by a shot in Game 4. Coach Hitchock said there is a 50/50 chance that Lehtera plays.

Ladd played through a sports hernia in the first round loss against the Ducks. He will see a specialist and might opt for surgery. He said the injury limited his explosiveness on skates, but was not a major issue.

Perreault was one of a few Jets players who were playing at less than 100% in the first round loss to the Ducks. Perreault had two assists in three games.

Had the Winnipeg Jets advanced into the second round of the playoffs, Trouba might not have been in the lineup. The team revealed on Friday that the defenceman broke a bone in his left hand in Game 2.Trouba, who is set to undergo surgery, told reporters he could only use two fingers on his left hand after Game 2.

Little battled through rib dislocation in round 1 vs. Anaheim. Little said he wasn’t 100% healthy, but it was nothing “major to deal with.” Little had two goals and one assist in four playoff games.

Byfuglien had a dislocated rib that never healed properly, but he was able to play through it vs. Anaheim. After posting 45 points (18G / 27A) in the regular season, he had just one assist and a minus-4 rating in the four-game sweep.

Bergeheim was a minus-1 in 10:11 TOI in Game 4 and has not registered a point in three postseason games. He will take a seat to make room for Matt Cooke to play.

Cooke was a healthy scratch in Games 3 and 4, but will get back into the lineup tonight for Game 5. He didn’t have a point in 10:27 TOI in Game 2.

Allen only had to make 17 saves in the Blues dominating 6-1 win over the Wild in Game 4. Allen has posted a 1.51 GAA and .935 SV% in four games, but the series is tied at 2-2. He will look to give them a lead in the series at home on Friday—Allen stopped 49 of 52 shots (.942 SV%) in the first two playoff home games.

Dubnyk was pulled after allowing six goals on 17 shots in the Wild’s 6-1 loss to the Blues in Game 4. The loss tied the series up at 2-2 heading back to St. Louis. It was Dubnyk’s worst start since being traded to Minnesota. He will look to bounce back tonight—he has a 3.06 GAA and .864 SV% in the first four games.

Six weeks after Klein's left forearm was broken by Alex Ovechkin's shot, the bone hasn't fully healed, Rangers head coach Alain Vigneault said Friday morning. He remains day-to-day.

Fleury surrendered two goals on 24 shots in the Penguins 2-1 overtime loss to New York in Game 4. The loss has the Penguins facing elimination tonight in New York. Fleury has a 2.24 GAA and .921 SV% in the first four games—he allowed five goals in the road games.
