Dumoulin, 23, had one goal in eight games with the Penguins this season. Pittsburgh has been forced to play with five defensemen recently because of cap issues, but with the absence of the salary cap in the playoffs allows the Penguins to recall Dumoulin for the postseason. Dumoulin scored four goals with 29 assists (33 points) in 62 games with WBS.
Neil has been out since February 14th with a broken thumb, but has been medically cleared to play. Despite being cleared, the way the Senators are rolling right now, he will be held out of the lineup for Game 1.
