Tonight he starts vs. his former team at Rogers Arena—Markstrom is 3-4-1 with a 2.70 GAA and .906 SV% on home ice this season.

van Riemsdyk suffered the injury in Saturday’s blowout loss in San Jose. JVR leads the Maple Leafs in points with 29 (14G / 15A), but they’ll be without him for at least the next six weeks. Six weeks would have him returning in time for their game on February 23rd vs. Nashville—which means he’ll miss the next 17 games.

Lundqvist allowed four goals on 31 shots in the Rangers loss to the Capitals on Saturday. Lundqvist has gone 3-2-1 with a 3.03 GAA and .880 SV% in his last six games. Overall, Lundqvist has 2.54 GAA, which is the highest goals against average of his NHL career. Tonight he’ll face the Bruins for the second time this season—he allowed four goals on 34 shots in a 4-3 loss in the first meeting.

Gibson allowed three goals on 28 shots in the Ducks win over the Blues on Friday. Gibson has been victorious in five of his last six starts while posting a 1.56 GAA and .933 SV%. He draws a difficult matchup against a Red Wings team that has won the first three games of their current six-game road trip.

Crawford has lost his only start against Colorado this season, but he is an impressive 14-5-1 with a 1.55 GAA and .947 SV% on home ice this season.
