Pavelec will start again for Jets.

Pavelec allowed five goals on 36 shots in a OT loss to the Ducks last night. After missing six games, Pavelec has returned to lose two in a row with a 5.98 GAA (not an April fools joke) and .846 SV%. Pavelec has gone 2-0-0 with a 1.44 GAA and .945 SV% against the Coyotes this season.

Ondrej Pavelec
Lundqvist starts in goal for the Rangers.

Lundqvist gave up four goals on 28 shots in a loss to the Flames on Friday. He was then given Sunday night off, but to no ones surprise will be back in the cage tonight vs. the Canucks. 8-5-1 with a 2.44 GAA and .917 SV% is what King Herik's March looked like. He is safe to deploy against the Canucks this evening.

Henrik Lundqvist
Scrivens will start for the Oilers.

Scrivens surrendered five goals on 32 shots in a 5-0 blowout loss to the Rangers on Sunday. He has lost four of his last five with an ugly 4.13 GAA and .887 SV%. He was just shelled by the Sharks last week, so I would bank on that being more likely to happen than another 59-save shutout.

Ben Scrivens
The Hurricanes have recalled Chris Terry from Charlotte (AHL).

Terry has been recalled incase Andrei Loktionov or Jiri Tlusty is unable to play Tuesday -- both forwards left Monday's game with lower-body injuries. Terry has yet to chalk up a point with the Hurricanes this season, but leads Charlotte in assists (38) and is second in goals (28) and points (66) through 63 games.

Chris Terry
Tlusty (lower-body) left Monday's game and did not return --Questionable for Tuesday.

Tlusty played just 10:32 while he is usually around 15. He has had a rough season compared to last seasons breakout campaign. However, since being pushed back onto the top line with Eric Staal, Tlusty has four goals and three assists in his last nine games. Monitor his status in pre-game warmups.

Jiri Tlusty
Loktionov (lower-body) left Monday's game early and did not return -- Questionable for Tuesday.

Loktionov, who was acquired at the trade deadline in the Tuomo Ruutu trade, has enjoyed his early time in Carolina. He went from cycling in and out of the lineup in Jersey, to playing on the top line with Eric Staal in Raleigh. He has three goals and three assists in his last seven games, but could be held out of Tuesday's game in Pittsburgh. Monitor his status during pre-game warmups.

Andrei Loktionov
Van Brabant will make his NHL debut Tuesday vs. the Maple Leafs.

First of all, what a hockey name this kid has... Bryce Van Brabant... Wow, excellent. Van Brabant, 22, is a 6-foot-3, 205 lbs. forward who recently signed with the Flames after finishing up his season with Quinnipiac University. This season he totaled 15 goals and seven assists (22 points) in 40 games with Quinnipiac. He will make his NHL debut on a line with Lance Bouma and Kevin Westgarth.

Bryce Van Brabant
Sedin (leg) skated prior to the Canucks morning skate on Tuesday.

Sedin will miss his fourth straight game tonight vs. the Rangers, but it is a good sign to see him back on the ice. The Canucks are desperately trying to salvage their season and make it into the playoffs and having a healthy Daniel and Henrik would certainly help their chances. Sedin remains day-to-day.

The Panthers have recalled Bobby Butler from San Antonio (AHL).

Butler has 21 goals and 24 assists (45 points) in 64 games with the Rampage this season. He has never played in a game with the Panthers but has totalled 48 points (20G / 28A) in 128 career NHL games between the Senators, Devils and Predators.

Bobby Butler
Morris could return Tuesday, has been a healthy scratch for the last three games.

Morris was a minus-5 in his last two games, and rode the pine behind some younger defenesmen because of it. There is no official word whether or not he will be back in the lineup tonight, but head coach Dave Tippett said he is "an option" tonight.

Niemi starts for the Sharks.

Niemi gave up four goals on 31 shots in a loss to the Jets on Thursday. He was then given Saturday night off but will be back in goal tonight vs. Edmonton. He finished March 7-2-1 with a 2.09 GAA and .924 SV% and is a must-start tonight vs. the Oilers. He is 2-1-0 with a 2.00 GAA and .926 SV% vs. Edmonton this year.

Antti Niemi
Greiss will make his career-high fourth consecutive start tonight in place of injured Mike Smith.

Greiss allowed two goals on 27 shots in a 3-1 loss to the Wild on Saturday. Greiss has gone 2-1-0 with a 1.96 GAA and .927 SV% while filling in for Smith. Greiss is 9-6-2 on the season and the Jets have lost four of their last five so he should make for a good start tonight.

Thomas Greiss
Lack once again in goal for the Canucks.

Lack gave up five goals on 21 shots in a 5-1 loss to the Ducks on Saturday. It was not an easy matchup, but even a .762 SV% is not enough to force John Tortorella to turn to Jacob Markstrom for his first start with Vancouver. Lack started all 14 games for the Canucks in March; he went 6-7-1 with a 2.98 GAA and .889 SV%.

Eddie Lack
The Wild have signed Christian Folin to a two-year deal.

Folin was viewed as the best undrafted college play on the market. He's set to join the Wild on Tuesday night in Chicago, though he's not eligible for the playoffs this season since he was added after the March 5 trade deadline. Folin is a big boy at 6-foot-3, 210 lbs. that can play in both ends of the rink. Folin has a powerful right handed shot that would help bolster any powerplay unit. Folin is someone to potentially keep an eye on late in 2014-15 fantasy drafts.

Christian Folin
Jones (upper-body) has been cleared to return to game action.

Jones missed the last four games after being rocked by Andrew Shaw on March 23 in Chicago. Jones has scored six goals with 18 assists (24 points) and a minus-23 rating in 72 games in his rookie season. Expect him to be back in the lineup on Friday.

Seth Jones
Red Wings head coach Mike Babcock was under the impression that Datsyuk (knee) would be back on Friday, did not know that Datsyuk was considering playing on Wednesday.

Datsyuk called himself a game-time decision this morning. Datsyuk will take part in the morning skate and then decide whether or not he can go vs. the Bruins. If Dats can not play on Wednesday, it certainly sounds like he will be available for Friday.

Pavel Datsyuk
Racine will make his NHL debut on Tuesday.

Racine was the Panthers third round pick (87th overall) in 2011. He has six assists, a plus-9 rating and 85 penalty minutes in 48 games with San Antonio (AHL) this season. He is not known for his offence, but is a big-physical and defensively sound D-man. He will slide in for Ed Jovanovski who takes a seat during the back-to-back.

Jonathan Racine
Price will start for the Canadiens.

Price stopped 36 of 37 shots in a win over the Panthers on Saturday. Price has won four in a row and six of his last seven since winning gold in Sochi. In those seven games Price has posted a 2.59 GAA and .921 SV%. If that wasn't enough to convince you he is a must-start, he has gone 1-0-2 with a ridiculous 1.23 GAA and .962 SV% vs. the Lightning this season.
