Rask allowed six goals on 23 shots in the Bruins loss to the Lightning on Monday. Rask has had a terrible start to the season. He has registered 4.72 GAA and .846 SV% in three consecutive losses. Rask will start vs. a Coyotes team who has gotten off to a great start to the season.

Talbot allowed four goals on 29 shots in the Oilers loss to the Blues on Thursday. Talbot has lost all three of his starts so far this season while posting a 2.73 GAA and .906 SV%. The Oilers are 27th in the NHL in scoring, so Edmonton will need to find some scoring before Talbot starts picking up wins.

Smith was pulled after allowing three goals on 17 shots in the Coyotes loss to the Wild on Thursday. Smith, who was very impressive in his first three starts, struggled starting on back-to-back nights. He will get back between the pipes tonight against the Bruins. The Bruins offence has been clicking this season, but their defence has been suspect.

Zajac missed Friday’s game vs. the Sharks, but he was on the ice for practice this morning and is expected to be in the lineup on Sunday vs. the Rangers.

Schneider allowed one goal on 34 shots in the Devils’ shoutout loss to the Sharks on Friday. It was a great outing for Schneider, but this is what you can expect from him all season—great splits, but no wins. This afternoon he will be in tough vs. Henrik Lundqvist and the Rangers. Schneider was 0-1-1 with a 3.42 GAA and .891 SV% vs. New York last year.

Lundqvist allowed two goals on 31 shots in the Rangers loss to the Canadiens on Thursday. Lundqvist played very well, but he was out duelled by Carey Price, who posted a 25-save shutout. Despite the loss, Lundqvist is still off to a great start to the season and is a must-start this afternoon vs. the Devils—Henrik was 2-0-0 with a 1.00 GAA and .964 SV% against New Jersey last season.

Hiller allowed four goals on 28 shots in the Flames loss to the Blues on Tuesday. It was a rough outing for Hiller, who has the only Flames win so far this season. Ward allowed three goals on 20 shots in the Hurricanes win over the Red Wings last night. The Hurricanes led throughout and Ward was not overly busy so he will go again tonight in Washington. Ward has a 3.06 GAA and .859 SV% through three games, so he should be avoided on a back-to-back vs. Ovechkin and the Caps.

Helm missed the first four games of the regular season after separating his shoulder in the first training camp practice. Helm will replace Landon Ferraro in the lineup and is expected to start on the fourth line with Drew Miller and Joakim Andersson. In 2014-15 Helm set career-highs with 15 goals ad 33 points.

Luongo allowed two goals on26 shots in the Panthers’ win over the Sabres on Thursday. Luongo has had a great start to the season, allowing just four goals on 98 shots (.959 SV%) en route to a 2-1-0 record. He is a risky start tonight against a Dallas squad who leads the NHL in scoring (3.75 G/PG).

Johnson allowed three goals on 29 shots in the Sabres loss in Florida on Thursday. Without Robin Lehner, the Sabres have struggled. Johnson has an .892 SV% and has allowed a total of nine goals in three starts. Tonight he draws an ugly matchup vs. a powerful Lightning offence.

The 5-foot-9, 180 lbs. forward had 44 points (11G / 33A) in 42 games at the University of Notre Dame last year, before moving to the AHL.
