Bieksa (eye) will take part in the morning skate.

Bieksa said that the vision in his injured right eye has improved since yesterday, so he is going to give it a go this morning. He will try a visor to protect the eye, but this is great news for the Canucks, the original feeling was that the damage to the eye was substantial.

Kevin Bieksa
Gonchar (ankle) will be a game-time decision on Tuesday.

Gonchar is looking to make his season debut tonight after missing the start of the season with a fractured ankle. He took part in the Stars morning skate and was paired with Jamie Oleksiak on the blueline, which suggests that he will play. We will find out during pre-game warmups at 8 p.m. ET.

Sergei Gonchar
Semin will return to the Hurricanes lineup on Tuesday.

Semin was a healthy scratch for the last two games (they won both) but will get back into the lineup tonight vs. Columbus. Semin has struggled to start the year, but maybe being scratched will wake him out. He will start on a line with Eric Staal and Jiri Tlusty.

Alexander Semin
Mantha (tibia) has been cleared to start skating this week.

Mantha has been sidelined since mid-September with a fractured tibia. He has been cleared to do some practice drills this week and the Red Wings are hoping he will make his pro hockey debut with Grand Rapids in a couple of weeks. The Red Wings are always patient with their prospects so Mantha will have to get his feet wet with the Griffins, before he can even consider making his NHL debut.

Anthony Mantha
Fasth will start in goal for the Oilers on Tuesday.

Fasth will make his first start since October 14th because he missed the last eight games with a groin injury. He has made two appearances this season and allowed seven goals on 54 shots (.870 SV%). His return to the crease will cog against the Flyers, who are tied for seventh in the NHL in scoring with 3.00 goals per game.

Viktor Fasth
Quincey (ankle) will not play Tuesday; doubtful for Wednesday.

Quincey suffered the ankle injury on Friday and missed Sunday's game as a result. He was on the ice for practice on Monday as well as this morning's gameday skate, but he will be held out of the lineup, which means Brian Lashoff stays in.

Kyle Quincey
Crawford gets the start for the Blackhawks.

Crawford stopped 26 of 27 shots in a 1-0 shutout loss to the Jets on Sunday. Since returning from an upper-body injury, Crawford has lost both starts while stopped 50 of 54 shots (.926 SV%). He draws a rough matchup tonight vs. a Habes team who are 4-1-0 at home.

Corey Crawford
Lehtonen was the first goalie off of the ice at the Stars morning skate.

Lehtonen allowed four goals on 30 shots in the Stars loss to Minnesota on Saturday. He has lost each of his last three starts while posting a 3.27 GAA and .877 SV%. With no solid choice behind him, the Stars will roll Lehtonen out there again tonight in a difficult matchup vs. the Kings.

Kari Lehtonen
Pavelec expected to start for the Jets.

Pavelec stopped all 38 shots that he faced in a 1-0 shootout win over the Rangers on Saturday. He was given Sunday off, but Michael Hutchinson posted a 1-0 shutout of his own, so Pavelec enters play tonight with a two-game shutout streak on the line for the Jets. He allowed two goals on 27 shots in a loss to the Predators in their first meeting.

Ondrej Pavelec
Luongo will start vs. the Bruins.

Luongo stopped 36 of 37 shots in Saturday's 2-1 win over the Flyers. Bobby Lu has been on fire lately, winning four of five games with a 1.38 GAA and .959 SV%. Luongo has certainly worked his way into the number-1 goalie conversation, which is great for people who drafted him as a backup.

Roberto Luongo
Seguin is on the ice for the Stars morning skate after missing Monday's practice.

Seguin missed yesterday's practice because he had his wisdom teeth removed on Sunday, but he is back on the ice today and will be in the lineup tonight vs. the Kings. He will centre the top line with Jamie Benn and Valeri Nichushkin on his wings.

Tyler Seguin
Murray (lower-body) suffered a setback, will not play on Tuesday.

Murray's setback is presumably related to his knee injury that forced him to miss the start of the season. Murray had played in the last four games after missing the first seven, but it looks like he could be out for a bit again. The troubles with his knee continue.

Ryan Murray
Krejci (hip) has officially been ruled out for Tuesday.

Krejci will miss his second straight game with lingering pain in the same hip that caused him to miss three games at the start of the season. Head coach Claude Julien said that he does not think the injury is serious and expects to have Krejci back in the lineup soon.
