Devils forward Adam Henrique joined the team’s growing list of injured players when he sat out the third period Monday with what the team is calling a lower-body injury.

Henrique appeared to hurt his leg when he became tangled with Canadiens defenseman Alexei Emelin and fell behind the Montreal net with 2:29 left in the first period. He tried to play through it in the second period, but could not.Henrique was unsure if he’ll be able to play in Wednesday night’s rematch with the Canadiens at Prudential Center. "We’ll see," Henrique said. "We’ll just kind of take it a day at a time here. We’ll see how I feel [today] and go from there."

Peters starts for the Hurricanes.

Peters will get his first start since November 21 when he gave up four goals on 47 shots in a loss to the Red Wings. The 27-year-old is 4-7-1 with a 2.49 GAA and .920 SV% this season and has yet to win a road game (0-5-0). He will be in tough tonight in Washington.

Justin Peters
Mike Smith will look to rebound as they kick off a four-game road trip tonight in Edmonton.

Smith gave up four goals on 35 shots in a loss to the Blackhawks on Saturday. It was the sixth straight game that Smith allowed at least three goals… Ouch. His GAA has inflated to 3.07 during his four game losing skid. Smith is the first one to say he needs to be better and that starts tonight in Edmonton.

Mike Smith
Anderson goes for the Senators.

Anderson's struggles continued on Thursday when he was pulled after allowing four goals on 15 shots. It was the fourth straight contest he allowed four goals as he wrapped up an ugly month of goaltending. Anderson finished November 2-4-0 with a 4.00 GAA and .866 SV%. He will try and find his game tonight at Florida.

Craig Anderson
Datsyuk not on the ice this morning.

The Red Wings said yesterday that Datsyuk will need a good week of practice before he can return to the lineup. Not practicing today is not a good sign that he will be back this week. The Red Wings announced today that they will be without Henrik Zetterberg for at least two weeks, so the return of Datsyuk is vital to the Wings' offence.

Pavel Datsyuk
Zetterberg out minimum 2 weeks with small herniated disc per Ken Holland.

This is a huge hit to the Red Wings who are already without Pavel Datsyuk. Zetterberg had a tremendous start to the season, posting 11 goals, 19 assists (30 points) and a plus-12 rating in 28 games. The Red Wings will need their young talent to step up in the absence of their two best forwards.

Henrik Zetterberg
Tim Thomas is off first, he will get 12th straight start tonight.

Thomas was yanked on Saturday after giving up four goals on 13 shots in the first two periods. Thomas is not an ideal fantasy option because of the team he has in front off him. Saturday's game capped off a 4-6-1, 2.79 GAA and .903 SV% November. He is a risky play vs. the Senators tonight.

Anders Nilsson gets his second consecutive start.

Nilsson gave up three goals on 30 shots in a loss to the Capitals. It was his first NHL start since the 2011-12 season, but he did not look out of place against a quality Washington team. Nilsson will have to be great again with the 18-9-1 Pittsburgh Penguins in town.

Anders Nilsson
McQuaid is not skating this morning.

McQuaid tweaked the hip/groin that had kept him out of eight games in November, thus necessitating the recall of Kevan Miller. McQuaid played just 13:45 in Saturday's game, his third game back from injury. He is day-to-day and unlikely to play on Thursday.

Adam McQuaid
Reimer starts for the Leafs.

Reimer allowed three goals on 29 shots in a overtime loss to the Sabres on Friday. The loss moved him to 2-3-1 with a 3.03 GAA and .916 SV% in November. Reimer will look to get off to a hot start in December when he takes on the Sharks tonight. It will be Reimer's third career start vs. San Jose, he is 1-1-0 in the first two.

James Reimer
Mazanec expected to get the call for the Predators.

Mazanec allowed two goals on 24 shots in a loss to the Flyers on Saturday. It was another strong performance for Mazanec who has not allowed more than two goals in eight starts - he also has two shutouts in that span. He will likely take on the Canucks in Nashville tonight, where he is 2-2-1 with a 1.99 GAA and .936 SV%.

Marek Mazanec
Bobrovsky starts vs. Tampa Bay.

Bobrovsky allowed two goals on 27 shots in a win over the Oilers on Friday. He closed out November 5-5-2 with a 3.00 GAA and .896 SV%. It certainly is not the season that Bobrovsky had last season and he is now a matchup friendly play instead of a must-start like he was in the shortened campaign.

Sergei Bobrovsky
Burrows is out indefinitely with a broken jaw after being hit with the puck on a Chris Tanev clearing attempt.

Burrows already missed more than three weeks of the season after fracturing his right foot in the season opener Oct. 3 against San Jose when he blocked a Patrick Marleau shot. Burrows, of course, had been playing with the Sedins, so replacing him on that top line will not be an easy choice for coach John Tortorella. Expect it to either be Ryan Kesler or Jannik Hansen.

Alexandre Burrows
Bruce Boudreau said Beauchemin skated here last couple of days. Was evasive in whether he'd be in play tomorrow.

Beauchemin has missed the last five games with an upper-body injury. It does not sound like he will be in the lineup tomorrow, but Beauchemin wants to travel with the team on their two-game road trip starting Friday in Chicago. Monitor his status throughout the week.
