Fasth (lower-body) skated with the Ducks this morning but is not ready to be activated from IR.

Ducks head coach Bruce Boudreau says he will be activated from IR when he is ready, but he is not quite there yet. The Ducks will continue to roll with Jonas Hiller and Frederik Andersen.

Viktor Fasth
Getzlaf (upper-body) is OUT tonight and questionable for Friday.

Getzlaf will miss his third straight game and the Ducks could also be without Corey Perry who is battling the flu. The Ducks won't skate tomorrow because of the back-to-back but Getzlaf will likely give a go in the morning.

Ryan Getzlaf
Bobrovsky goes for the Blue Jackets.

Bobrovsky gave up four goals on 34 shots in an overtime loss to the Capitals on Tuesday. Bobrovsky has lost four of his last five starts and will be in tough tonight when Columbus takes on the Bruins. He catches a break as he faces Chad Johnson opposed to Tuukka Rask.

Sergei Bobrovsky
The Predators have recalled forward Filip Forsberg from Milwaukee (AHL) and assigned forward Taylor Beck to the Admirals.

Forsberg posted six points (1G / 5A) during a four-game stint with Milwaukee, reaching the scoresheet in each game. He started the season with Nashville, amassing five points (1G / 4A) in 11 games, including an assist in his most recent contest, a 6-4 victory over Colorado on November 6. The Predators have posted an 8-2-1 record with the Swede in the lineup in 2013-14.

Filip Forsberg
Johnson starts for the Bruins.

Johnson gave up three goals on 34 shots in a loss to the Islanders on November 2. In two starts he is 1-1-0 with a 2.53 GAA and .900 SV%. Johnson has a great matchup tonight when the Bruins host a Blue Jackets team who have lost six out of their last seven.

Chad Johnson
Bishop starts for the Lightning.

Bishop continued to stand on his head on Tuesday, he stopped 28 of 29 shots and all three shooters in the shootout in a 2-1 win over the Habs. He has won five straight starts while posting a 1.36 GAA and .955 SV%, but Bishop will be in tough tonight with the first place Ducks in town.

Ben Bishop
Poulin in net for the Islanders.

Poulin stopped 32 of 33 shots in a 3-1 win over the Predators on Tuesday. Tonight will be his third straight start with Evgeni Nabokov struggling. He has won two of his last four starts with a 1.76 GAA and .939 SV%. Tonight he faces the Kings and their backup goalie Ben Scrivens. Poulin could be worth an add as he continues to see crease time over Nabby.

Kevin Poulin
Backstrom (upper-body) left Wednesday's game after being run over by Maple Leafs forward Nazem Kadri.

Backstrom tried to play after the hit, but then pulled himself from the game during a TV timeout. Josh Harding replaced him, who didn't start because he was under the weather. An update on Backstrom's status should be released today.

Niklas Backstrom
Probably Chad Johnson in goal vs. CBJ.
