The Detroit Red Wings haven't gotten an official diagnosis on the condition of Pavel Datsyuk, who suffered a possible concussion in the third period of Saturday's 4-2 home loss to the Ottawa Senators.

"I just texted him and he seems to be doing just fine," head coach Mike Babcock said before faceoff at the First Niagara Center. "So well see if he's available the next game." That Red Wings next game is Wednesday against the Boston Bruins at Joe Louis Arena.

Miller leads the Sabres onto the ice for warm-ups.

Miller was great again stopping 42 of 45 shots but was on the hook for the loss on Thursday vs. Philadelphia. It was his seventh 40-plus save performance of the season. He continues to get limited goal support and won't rack you up many wins. Miller catches a break with Pavel Datsyuk out today when he faces the Red Wings.

Ryan Miller
Lehner starts for the Sens.

Lehner played great stopping 34 of 36 shots in a 4-2 win over the Red Wings on Saturday. The W earned him another start tonight vs. a struggling Carolina team. He is certainly making a case for himself to take over as the Senators starter. Lehner is sitting pretty with a 2.33 GAA and .940 vs. his crease-mate Anderson's 3.31 and .900.

Harding has been sent back to Minnesota to be re-evaluated by team doctors.

If Harding is healthy enough to play he will rejoin the team in St. Louis for their game tomorrow. If he can't go, Darcy Kuemper will be back to back-up Niklas Backstrom. Harding was supposed to start Saturday afternoon, but suffered a lower-body injury after stepping on a puck in warm-ups.

The Panthers have recalled Dylan Olsen from San Antonio (AHL).

Olsen was acquired from the Chicago Blackhawks in the Kris Versteeg trade. He had eight assists in 16 games with Chicago's AHL affiliate (Rockford), since coming to San Antonio he has one goal and a minus-1 rating in three games.

Dylan Olsen
Luca Sbisa out 6-8 weeks with torn tendon in right hand.

Sbisa was believed to be injured in a first-period fight with Radko Gudas on Friday. He finished the game, but was reportedly unable to untie his skates after the game. He obviously missed Saturday's game and Sami Vatanen stepped in. This is a tough break for Sbisa who missed the first 15 games of the season with a sprained ankle. The Ducks have recalled Nolan Yonkman and placed Sbisa on IR.

Luca Sbisa
Handzus was activated from injured reserve on Saturday but did not play against the Canucks.

Handzus will be back on the ice with the Blackhawks this week but is questionable for tomorrow's contest with the Oilers. If he does not return tomorrow, his next opportunity to return would be Wednesday vs. Calgary. Brandon Pirri posted 11 points in 19 games on the Blackhawks second line, so it is uncertain where Hanzus will slot into the lineup.

Bennett did not play on Saturday and could miss an extended period of time.

Penguins head coach Dan Bylsma said that Bennett's injury is more than day-to-day. It remains an undisclosed injury, but we should get a more detailed report in the new week. In his absence Matt D'Agostini rejoins the lineup.

Beau Bennett
Josh Harding was scheduled to start Saturday but was injured in warmups and did not start.

Harding stepped on a puck and suffered a lower-body injury in pre-game warm-ups. Niklas Backstrom who was activated off of IR just hours before the game made the start. The Wild will likely provide an update on Harding's status later today. It would be a terrible break if Harding misses an extended period of time.

Clowe (concussion) resumed skating this week.

Clowe suffered the concussion in mid-October and has only appeared in six games with the Devils. He had been off of the ice for over a month recovering from the head injury. There is no official timetable, but he is still probably a few weeks away from returning to the lineup.

Ryane Clowe
Selanne did not play Saturday because the Ducks were on the tail-end of a back-to-back.

As you may remember head coach Bruce Boudreau announced at the start of the season that he planned to keep Selanne fresh by sitting him during one game of a back-to-back. Expect Selanne to be back in the lineup on Tuesday.

Teemu Selanne
Hanzal (lower-body) left Saturday's game and did not return.

The extent of Hanzal's injury is not known at this time, but any time he misses will be a big loss for the Coyotes. Hanzal is tied for the team lead in points with 19 (7G / 12A) through 20 games. Monitor his status prior to tomorrow's game vs. Nashville.

Martin Hanzal
Gustavsson starts for the Red Wings on Sunday.

Gustavsson stopped 24 of 27 shots to earn the victory on Thursday vs. Carolina. It was not "The Monster's" best game, but it was enough to record his fourth win of the season. Tonight he will lead a shorthanded Wings squad into Buffalo to take on the 5-18-1 Sabres. He could be a perfect Sunday spot start.
