Fasth allowed five goals on 28 shots in the Oilers 5-1 loss to the Maple Leafs on Saturday. He was given last night off, but Ben Scrivens suffered a hamstring injury, so Fasth will start tonight on Long Island. Fasth has gone 5-7-2 with a 3.38 GAA and .890 SV% on the road this season.

Luongo allowed two goals on 25 shots in the Panthers 3-2 shootout loss to the Predators on Sunday. Since the All Star break, Luongo is 2-3-1 with a 3.22 GAA and .885 SV%. He draws a tough home matchup with the Ducks in town—he is 10-6-5 with a 2.36 GAA and .916 SV% at home.

Seguin was sent back to the team hotel this morning and did not take part in the Stars morning skate. He is battling the flu and could miss tonight’s game. However, given it is in Boston against his former team, Seguin will likely do anything he can to be in the lineup tonight. Seguin has two assists in three career games vs. Boston.

Ben Scrivens is out with an injury on Tuesday, so Bachman has been recalled to backup Viktor Fasth. Bachman has gone 14-4-3 with a 2.30 GAA and .921 SV% with Oklahoma City this season.

Pouliot’s movement to IR means that he will be not in the lineup on Tuesday. He is eligible to be activated from IR whenever he is healthy. His designation to IR created an opening to recall Ryan Hamilton from Oklahoma City (AHL).

Lindholm was in the morning skate, but left early. His early departure suggests that Lindholm will not be in the lineup tonight. With Lindholm likely sidelined, Clayton Stoner should be back in the lineup tonight.

Ekholm suffered and upper-body injury in the Predators win over the Panthers on Sunday. His absence from the morning skate suggests that Ekholm will not be in the lineup tonight vs. the Lightning. With Ekholm out, Anthony Bitetto will be in the lineup.

Trevor Smith will remain in the lineup for the second straight game with Clarkson serving as a healthy scratch. Clarkson has 10 goals and five assists in 53 games this season.

Hutchinson made 20 saves on 22 shots in the Jets loss to the Blackhawks on Friday. He has lost each of his last four starts while posting a 3.96 GAA and .861 SV%. Some rookie speed bumps were expected at some point, but the Jets are in the middle of a playoff race and need him to turn things around tonight vs. the Wild.

Bryzgalov allowed two goals on 34 shots in the Ducks loss in Washington on Friday. With Frederik Andersen out, Bryzgalov will start tonight. He comes into play with a 1-3-1 record, 3.95 GAA and .859 SV% this season. He has been especially bad on the road, going 0-2-1 with a 5.23 GAA and .837 SV%.

Wilson missed Sunday’s game with an upper-body injury, but is a full participant in the Predators morning skate, which is a good sign that he will be in the lineup tonight vs. the Lightning. Expect an update after the on-ice session.

Silfverberg did not take part in the Ducks morning skate because of an illness. He will likely become a game-time decision for tonight’s game vs. the Panthers. Silfverberg has two goals and three assists in his last six games.

Gibson, 21, has gone 6-3-2 with a 2.07 GAA and .935 SV% in 11 games with Norfolk. He has played well at both levels this season and could see the majority of the work while Frederik Andersen (head/neck) is sidelined.

Andersen was injured in Sunday’s game when the net fell onto his head/neck. His immediate movement to IR means that he is out through next Sunday, so he will miss at least the next three games. John Gibson has been recalled with Andersen out.

Price made 34 saves on 35 shots in the Canadiens 3-1 win over the Bruins on Sunday. He stopped 55 of 58 shots (.948 SV%) in back-to-back wins on Saturday and Sunday. Price enters play having won seven of eight with an outstanding 1.36 GAA and .952 SV%.
