Consider van Riemsdyk day-to-day and questionable for Saturday's matchup with the Blackhawks.

Consider van Riemsdyk day-to-day and questionable for Saturday's matchup with the Blackhawks.

Miller was sensational once again stopping 41 of 44 shots and registering his first win of the season on Tuesday. He has been peppered in five starts this season, seeing an average of 39.4 shots per game. Tonight's matchup is less than desirable.

Bishop turned aside 30 of 31 shots in his first game back from his lower-body injury. He is 4-0 with a 1.71 GAA and .939 SV% so start him while he is hot, because it is not expected to last all season. He has a decent matchup tonight vs. Minnesota.

Mason surrendered three goals on 25 shots in Tuesday's loss to Vancouver. His numbers continue to look good, but he still only has one win. The lack of offence in from of him hurts his fantasy value, and until they figure it out in Philly he is a tough play - especially tonight vs. Pittsburgh.

Nabokov allowed three goals on 34 shots in a 4-3 shootout loss to the Sabres on Tuesday. It was his second straight loss, despite having a decent start. He has a 2.29 GAA and .924 SV% and will look to build off that against an Oilers team averaging 2.86 goals per game.

Bourque's status for tonight's game will be updated after practice.

Reimer stopped 36 of 37 shots in a 4-1 win over the Wild on Tuesday. After Jonathan Bernier has a streak of four straight starts, Reimer showed that he can still be the number one guy in Toronto. He will get another chance tonight vs. Carolina.

Anderson allowed three goals on 37 shots in a 4-3 overtime win vs. Phoenix on Tuesday. It was a nice bounce back for Anderson after being yanked in his previous outing. He has a great matchup against the winless Devils tonight.

Pacioretty will not play tonight vs. the Blue Jackets.

Varlamov allowed two goals on 41 shots in a 3-2 win over Dallas on Tuesday. The win moved him to 5-0 with a 1.20 GAA and .965 SV%. He will look to keep the Avalanche undefeated tonight against the Red Wings.

Brodeur allowed three goals on 29 shots in a loss to the Flames last Friday. He will get the nod tomorrow vs. a Senators team who have lost four out of their last five. Brodeur's 3.19 GAA and .879 SV% are certainly not the must-start numbers he used to have. On a busy Thursday night in the NHL I'm sure you have better options.

Bobrovsky turned aside 30 of 32 shots in a 2-1 loss to the Red Wings on Tuesday. Goalie Bob was good once again, but the Blue Jackets had a difficult time against the Red Wings and Jonas Gustavsson. This will likely happen a lot from him this season, good numbers but not a lot of wins. He has a fairly tough matchup against the Habs tomorrow.

After missing four games with a groin injury, Thomas will return to the cage tomorrow night vs. his former team. He has been back at practice since Monday, so it seems as if his groin is back to 100%. Even though he might have some extra motivation against his former team, he isn't a good start tomorrow.
Rask allowed more than one goal for the first time all season in a 3-2 loss to the Red Wings on Monday. Tomorrow he is a must-start vs. his former teammate and a terrible Panthers team.

Harding has won each of his three starts since taking over the starting job from the injured Niklas Backstrom, he also came in to relieve Darcy Kuemper who struggled vs. the Leafs last night. In his last four appearances he is 3-0 with a 0.87 GAA and .952 SV%, which should earn him some starts when Backstrom returns. He has a pretty difficult matchup vs. Tampa Bay tomorrow.
"He got a tweak in practice and he’ll get assessed sometime today providing we can get him looked at and we’ll go from there," Noel said. "He’s day-to-day right now. We just need further information and I don’t have it.

Clowe was placed on IR retroactive to Sunday’s game, so he will be eligible to be activated in time for next Tuesday’s game in Columbus. He will miss the next two games—Thursday in Ottawa and Saturday against the Rangers. “He got hit with a pretty good elbow in the third period and continued to play,” Lou Lamoriello said. “Because of his past history, we felt for safety precaution that with the IR retroactive it would just be two games, hopefully. Certainly we had him see a physician, but it was just a precaution.”

Lundvist allowed one goal on 17 shots after relieving Martin Biron in a 5-3 loss to the Blues. 'King Henrik' is off to the worst start of his elustrious career (1-3-0 / 4.21 GAA / .887 SV%) mostly due to a severe lack of defense by the Rangers. He will face a Capitals team who have lost three out of their last four.

Halak was pulled after the second before after allowing four goals on 26 shots. It was Halak and the Blues first loss of the season, but it came against the undefeated Sharks. He will look to bounce back tomorrow, but he has another tough matchup vs. the Blackhawks.

Drewiske has not appeared in a game this season.
