Larsson sat out of the Devils last game with an unspecified injury, he will likely return to lineup tonight because of Anton Volchenkov suspension.

Bobrovsky stopped all 30 shots he faced, recording his fourth shutout of the season on Tuesday. He will face the Blues for the fourth time this season tonight. Bobrovsky is 0-3-0 with a 3.20 GAA and .865 SV% vs. St. Louis, so be wary of the matchup.

Straka was made a free agent after never agreeing to sign with Columbus after they selected him in the second round of the 2010 draft. Most recently, Straka has posted 82 points in 55 games in the QMJHL.

Salvador was injured blocking a Chara shot and left Wednesday's game. He's day-to-day but should not miss any time.

EJ has mostly been a disappointment since joining the Avs so hopefully your fantasy team still isn't counting on the blueliner. If so, his condition will be reevaluated today.

Aittokallio played well before exiting the game but he won't be much use to you in your fantasy leagues this season.

Forsberg will just be training with the team but if the practices go well, he may be inserted in the lineup. Forsberg is still 18 and this preview of the NHL could better prepare him for training camp next season.

We knew McQuaid was going to play but not who was going to come out. Dougie Hamilton will watch tonight from the press box. He has four goals and 11 assists in 39 games.

Rask played great stopping 40 of 42 shots in a 6-2 win over the Hurricanes on Monday. He will be back in the cage tonight when the B's take on the surging Islanders. Rask is 2-0-0 with a 1.50 GAA and .952 SV% vs. the Isles this season.

Marchand will likely miss at least the Bruins next three games and could be in danger of missing more.

The Bruins have already signed Soderberg to a three-year contract. Soderberg has also negotiated his exit deal with Linkoping, his Swedish club. The NHL is entering a five-day period to determine its next move, according to a source familiar with the situation. The NHL could go against the Swedes and stamp Soderberg’s transfer card. If that happens and the Swedish federation balks, the issue might have to be settled in an arbitration court. Soderberg still wants to play for the Bruins.

MacDonald played very well allowing just one goal on 40 shots in a win on Monday. He has a decent matchup tomorrow vs. the Coyotes, but playing a Flames goalie at this time of the year is risky.

Rask posted 10 points (5g-5a) in 52 games with Jokerit in 2012-13. In 2011 Finnish Elite League games with Ilves and Jokerit since 2008-09, the 5-10, 176-pound defensive and face-off specialist has 75 points (34g-41a) and 76 penalty minutes. He signed a two-year contract with Nashville on March 23, 2012 after being Nashville’s seventh choice, 198th overall (seventh round), in the 2010 Entry Draft.

Backstrom allowed one goal on 31 shots but suffered the loss because the Wild couldn't put one past Ray Emery. The Blues and the Wild are two big Western Conference teams and it should be a great battle. Backstrom is 0-1-1 with a 4.43 GAA and .845 SV% vs. St. Louis this season.

Aittokallio was 14-11-1 with a 2.89 GAA and .903 SV% as a member of the Lake Erie Monsters of the AHL. It is a tough matchup for him to make his NHL debut. Probably not someone you want to use in the middle of the fantasy playoffs.

Pavelec won his last two starts while only allowing one goal in each contest. He has a great chance at making it three in a row as he will see the 29th placed Florida Panthers. He is 2-2-0 with a 3.14 GAA and .890 SV% vs. the Panthers this season.

Consider him day-to-day until more information is released about his injury.

Bolland practiced today but still won't be available tomorrow. He will miss his fourth straight game with a lower-body injury.

Crawford got two nights off in a row this week as Ray Emery got back-to-back starts in the Hawks last two games. Crawford has dominated the Red Wings this season so there is no surprise that he will start tomorrow. He is 3-0-0 with a 0.96 GAA and .969 SV% vs. Detroit this season.

Volchenkov was suspended for an elbow he dished out to Bruins forward Brad Marchand last night. It was a vicious elbow and Marchand left the game and did not return. He also won't play tonight. Volchenkov is also a repeat offender which didn't help his cause.
