With Oliver Wahlstrom (illness) returning to the lineup, Lettieri will sit after playing in eight straight games. He had two goals and 12 SOG in those eight games.



Mailloux has spent most of the season in the AHL, where he's scored nine goals and 13 assists (22 points) in 36 games. During his time with Montreal earlier in the year, he had one goal and two assists (three points) in five games.

Beck has spent most of the season in the AHL, where he has 11 goals and 16 assists (27 points) in 41 games with Laval. The 2022 second-round pick has not recorded a point in three career NHL games.

Raty played just 9:20 TOI in Friday's loss in Dallas. With Filip Chytil expected to join the team for Sunday's game, Raty returns to the AHL, where he has 23 points (8G / 15A) in 23 games this season.

Crevier played just 2:39 before departing Saturday's game with an undisclosed injury. The Blackhawks announced he will not return.

Wotherspoon played in eight straight games but will be replaced by Michael Callahan in the lineup on Saturday. Wotherspoon has just two points (1G / 1A) in 30 games this season.

Wahlstrom has missed the last four games but will play Saturday vs. the Rangers. The Bruins have not announced who Wahlstrom will replace in the lineup. He has picked up just one goal and one assist in 12 games since joining the Bruins.

Callahan was a healthy scratch vs. the Jets on Thursday but will replace Parker Wotherspoon in the lineup on Saturday. Callahan has gone pointless in his first four career NHL games.



Desharnais was acquired from Vancouver on Friday night and is expected to arrive in Pittsburgh in time for Saturday's game, but it's unclear if he will make his Penguins debut or not. Desharnaisv has just three assists in 34 games this season.

Heinen was acquired from Vancouver on Friday night and is expected to arrive in Pittsburgh in time for Saturday's game, but it's unclear if he will make his Penguins season debut or not. Heinen has 18 points (6G / 12A) in 51 games this season.

Varlamov had been on the ice taking shots recently but suffered a setback and is out indefinitely. Varlamov has been out since November 29th and does not have a timeline for his return.

Haula has been out since January 4th but was a full participant in Saturday's practice, signalling that he's nearing a return. Haula will travel to Buffalo and is considered a game-time decision to play Sunday.
