Clarke will watch the game from the press box as a healthy scratch, allowing Jordan Spence to draw back into the lineup. The 20-year-old Clarke has played two games this season, both this month, recording two shots, one hit, and one block while averaging 14:32 time-on-ice.

Brandt Clarke will be a healthy scratch on Monday, allowing Spence to re-enter the lineup, his third game in the last six contests. Spence has one point (0G / 1A), two shots, and two hits while averaging almost 15 minutes on ice.

Georgiev is riding a three-game winning streak and will return to the crease on Monday against the Montreal Canadiens. In his last eight games (7-1-0), Georgiev has held the opposition to three or fewer goals six times, posting a .899 SV%. As evident from his season totals, Georgiev should continue to regular record victories but will likely have a pedestrian save percentage on most nights. Georgiev and the Avalanche are sizeable -197 road favourites on Monday.

Rittich will start for the Kings on Monday afternoon as they look to snap out of a miserable eight-game losing streak. Rittich entered Saturday's 5-3 loss to the Detroit Red Wings and faced only three shots but saved all of them. In four games this season (2-0-1), he has a 1.49 GAA and .930 SV%.

Seattle was shut out 3-0 last night against the Pittsburgh Penguins, ending their franchise-best nine-game winning streak. On the back end of a back-to-back, Seattle will turn to Driedger between the pipes for his second start this season. Driedger was terrific in a December 27th, 2-1 victory over the Calgary Flames, saving 37 of 38 shots (.974 SV%) in his first NHL game in nearly two years. On Tuesday, Seattle is a sizeable +187 road underdog against a rested New York Rangers team that has struggled lately, losing four of their last five (1-3-1).

On the backbone of a stellar month from Skinner, the Oilers are riding a 10-game winning streak heading into their Tuesday evening matchup against the Toronto Maple Leafs. Over his last seven games (7-0-0), Skinner has been nearly unbeatable, allowing fewer than three goals six times and posting a tremendous .951 SV%.

Brodin is expected to return from a 17-game absence and play his first game since December 8th. Brodin had nine points (1G / 8A) in 25 games this season, averaging 23:59 time-on-ice, and will be a big addition to the Wild blueline.

Staal returned to the Flyers' lineup from a four-game absence on Saturday, playing 12:09 time-on-ice and recording one shot on goal. He will watch the game from the press box as a healthy scratch on Monday, a familiar role for Staal this season.

Cates will make his return from a 22-game absence due to a foot injury, playing his first game since November 25th. Before his injury, Cates had four-points (1G / 3A) in 21 games, averaging 14:25 time-on-ice.

The Flyers are riding a three-game winning streak, two wins courtesy of Samuel Ersson between the pipes, but will turn to Hart on Monday against the St. Louis Blues. Hart was serviceable in his last outing, saving 26 of 29 shots (.897 SV%) in a 4-3 victory over the Minnesota Wild. The Flyers are slight +101 road underdogs against a Blues club that has lost two of their last three (1-1-1).

With Pyotr Kochetkov still in concussion protocol, Raanta will start for the second straight game. Raanta has been excellent over the last two weeks, saving 77 of 83 total shots (.928 SV%) in three games (2-0-1). The Hurricanes are -137 home favourites against a Los Angeles Kings club that is amid an eight-game losing streak.

Ryker Evans will draw into the Seattle lineup on Monday for Dunn, who is out of the lineup with an undisclosed injury. Dunn has been on a tremendous run lately with 10 points (4G / 6A) in his last eight games.

Devin Shore will draw into the lineup on Monday, replacing Beniers, who played only 11:04 time-on-ice before exiting Saturday's game against the Columbus Blue Jackets with an upper-body injury. Before his injury, Beniers had been held to one point (1G / 0A) in his last seven games.

Burakovsky played only 1:40 time on ice before exiting Saturday's game against the Columbus Blue Jackets with a lower-body injury. He will be replaced by Kailer Yamamoto on Monday.

Acciari did not play the last game for the Penguins but is expected to play in Monday afternoon's tilt against the Seattle Krakekn. Before his injury, Acciari was held without a point in five straight, recording 12 hits and eight shots in the process.
