Whether you spend your entire day at work or school, it can be difficult to stay on top of all NHL news. That’s why I have created the Daily Fantasy Notebook, so you can catch up on everything you might have missed throughout the day.

The notebook will be released everyday after teams wrap up their morning skate. It will include a number of things: Injury updates, projected lines, goalie rankings and DFS value picks.

Key Injuries

IN 

– Brian Elliott (lower-body) has been activated from IR and will start Tuesday.
– Sam Gagner (concussion) is expected to be back in the Canucks lineup.

GAMETIME DECISION

– Darren Helm (lower-body) will be a game-time decision vs. Boston.
– Mikko Randalen (undisclosed) will be a game-time decision on Tuesday.

OUT

– Bobby Ryan will miss 2-3 weeks with ligament damage in his right hand.
– Derick Brassard (undisclosed) is day-to-day and won’t play Tuesday.
– Mark Stone (knee) took part in the morning skate but won’t play; could be back Thursday.
– Nate Thompson (lower-body) has re-aggravated his injury and is day-to-day.
– Mark Scheifele (upper-body) has been cleared for contact but won’t be back until Friday at the earliest.
– Matt Hendricks is day-to-day with an upper-body injury.
– Adam Lowry is day-to-day with an upper-body injury.
– Brandon Tanev is week-to-week with an upper-body injury.
– Patric Hornqvist is week-to-week with a lower-body injury.
– John Gibson is expected to remain sidelined with a lower-body injury.
