The Red Wings have signed Theo Rochette to a one-year, entry-level contract.
Rochette went undrafted and played five seasons in the QMJHL before heading to Switzerland for the last three seasons. In 2026, he led Lausanne HC in goals (22) and finished second in points (43) in 46 games. He will likely report to Grand Rapids (AHL) to begin the 2026-27 season.
