Kuznetsov will make his NHL debut Tuesday vs. Ottawa.

Kuznetsov was recalled last week but could not crack the Flames roster and immediately returned to the Wranglers (AHL), where he has seven points (2G / 5A) in 31 games this season. That said, the Flames defensive prospect will make his NHL debut at home on Tuesday against the Ottawa Senators.

The Coyotes re-assigned Kirkland to Tuscon (AHL) on Friday.

Kirkland has spent most of his eight-year professional career in the AHL, making his NHL debut last season with the Anaheim Ducks, being held without a point in seven contests. Kirkland has 13 points (1G / 12A) this season in 12 games with the Tuscon Roadrunners (AHL).

Frost will rejoin the Flyers' lineup Saturday vs. Calgary after being a healthy scratch last game.

After recording only one assist in his last four games, Frost was the odd man out of the Flyers' lineup on Thursday. The 24-year-old Frost is no stranger to being healthy scratched this season, as he has not dressed for 10 games so far already this season but still has five goals and 11 points in the 27 games he has played. He will return to the lineup on Saturday against the Calgary Flames.

With Dennis Gilbert suffering an upper-body injury yesterday, the Flames have opted to recall Kuznetsov from the Wranglers (AHL), where he has seven points (2G / 5A) in 31 games this season. The 50th overall pick of the Flames in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft could be poised to make his NHL debut if Gilbert remains out of the lineup.

After playing four straight games, Hanley was a healthy scratch for the last three but will re-enter the lineup on Thursday in favour of Nils Lundkvist. In 13 games this season, Hanley has one point (0G / 1A) and 12 hits while averaging 12:16 time-on-ice.

Andersson did not practice on Friday due to an illness but might not miss any game action as the Flames do not play until Sunday. Andersson only has two points (1G / 1A) in his last seven games but is averaging 25:08 time-on-ice and 2.6 shots per game.

Hanley played in the last four games for the Stars, his longest stretch of the season, but will be a healthy scratch on Friday, allowing Nils Lundkvist to re-enter the lineup. In 13 games this season, Hanley is averaging 12:16 time-on-ice and has one point (0G / 1A) and 12 hits.

Jake Bean will return to the lineup on Wednesday in favour of Andrew Peeke, who will be a healthy scratch. Bean has three points (1G / 2A), 42 shots, and 46 blocks while averaging 15:26 time-on-ice through 32 games this season and is expected to skate alongside Erik Gudbranson on the Blue Jackets' fourth defensive pair.
