Frost will rejoin the Flyers' lineup Saturday vs. Calgary after being a healthy scratch last game.

After recording only one assist in his last four games, Frost was the odd man out of the Flyers' lineup on Thursday. The 24-year-old Frost is no stranger to being healthy scratched this season, as he has not dressed for 10 games so far already this season but still has five goals and 11 points in the 27 games he has played. He will return to the lineup on Saturday against the Calgary Flames.

With Dennis Gilbert suffering an upper-body injury yesterday, the Flames have opted to recall Kuznetsov from the Wranglers (AHL), where he has seven points (2G / 5A) in 31 games this season. The 50th overall pick of the Flames in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft could be poised to make his NHL debut if Gilbert remains out of the lineup.

After playing four straight games, Hanley was a healthy scratch for the last three but will re-enter the lineup on Thursday in favour of Nils Lundkvist. In 13 games this season, Hanley has one point (0G / 1A) and 12 hits while averaging 12:16 time-on-ice.

Othmann is expected to make his NHL debut Thursday vs. Chicago.

Othmann is expected to skate on a line with Nick Bonino and Jonny Brodzinski in his NHL debut on Thursday. The 20-year-old Othmann was the 16th overall pick in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft and has 23 points (9G / 14A) in 28 games with the Hartford Wolf Pack of the AHL this season.

Strome is day-to-day with an upper-body injury and will not play against the Maple Leafs on Tuesday.

Strome is one of a handful of lineup changes for the Ducks on Tuesday as they deal with a mix of injuries and illnesses. He has three goals and 17 assists in 35 games with the Ducks this season.

Brennan Othmann has been recalled from Hartford (AHL).

With the news of Tyler Pitlick (lower body) being out week-to-week, Brennan Othmann has been recalled from Hartford (AHL) for the first time in his career. The 20-year-old left-winger is the Rangers' 2021 first-round pick (16th overall) and had nine goals and 23 points in 28 games with Hartford prior to his promotion.

Joel Hanley will be a healthy scratch Friday vs. Chicago.

Hanley played in the last four games for the Stars, his longest stretch of the season, but will be a healthy scratch on Friday, allowing Nils Lundkvist to re-enter the lineup. In 13 games this season, Hanley is averaging 12:16 time-on-ice and has one point (0G / 1A) and 12 hits.

Hanley has semi-regularly been in the Stars lineup lately and will draw back in on Monday in favour of Nils Lundkvist. Through nine games this season, Hanley has one point (0G / 1A), eight hits, and seven blocks while averaging 12:44 time-on-ice.

Calgary is on the second half of a tough 6-5 loss to Colorado Monday and will go with Dustin Wolf after Dan Vladar took the crease the night before. Wolf has had an up-and-down first four games to start 2023-24, with a 1-2-0 record, .900 SV% and 3.04 GAA. The rookie netminder draws the tough task of hosting Vegas Tuesday, who has won three straight and is tenth in the NHL in both goals for per game (3.31) and shots per game (32.2).

Coronato played most of the opening month with the Flames, tallying two points (1G / 1A) in 10 games, but has since fallen out of favour, playing his first game in over a month on Saturday. He has since been reassigned to the Calgary Wranglers (AHL), where he has 18 points (8G / 10A) in 14 games this season.

Brayden Pachal will draw back into the Golden Knights' lineup Tuesday vs. Calgary.

Kaedan Korczak will not play on Tuesday due to a lower-body injury, allowing Pachal to return to the lineup for the first time since November 25th. Pachal is averaging 15:22 time-on-ice through 13 games this season and has been held without a point in 12 straight.

Joel Hanley will draw back into the Stars' lineup Monday vs. Detroit.

Hanley will draw back into the lineup as Nils Lundkvist will be a healthy scratch for the Stars against the Detroit Red Wings. Between a Thomas Harley injury last month and Lundkvist being a frequent healthy scratch lately, Hanley has semi-regularly found himself in the Stars lineup. The 32-year-old serves as a third-pairing defenseman and is averaging 12:48 time-on-ice but has yet to record a point this season.
