Tim Gettinger was recalled from Hartford (AHL) and will make his NHL debut on Saturday.

Gettinger is a monster forward (6-foot-6, 220 lbs) that was drafted in the fifth round in 2016. In his first 20 games with Hartford, Gettinger has collected seven goals and four assists. He will replace Mats Zuccarello, who is out with a groin injury.

Lyon will start Wednesday in Buffalo.

Lyon will make his first NHL start of the season tonight in Buffalo. He was 2-2-0 with a 3.54 GAA and .910 SV% in four starts with Lehigh Valley (AHL) before being called-up. Lyon is 4-2-1 with a 2.75 GAA and .905 SV% in 11 career NHL appearances.

The Flyers have recalled Alex Lyon from Lehigh Valley (AHL).

Lyon has gone 2-2-0 with a 3.54 GAA and .910 SV% in four starts with the Phantoms this season. Lyon has been recalled because Brian Elliott left Thursday’s game with an apparent groin injury. Lyon would likely share the crease with Calvin Pickard if Elliott misses time.

Campbell is expected to miss 4-to-6 weeks with a torn meniscus.

Campbell was filling in as the Kings’ No.1 netidner with Jonathan Quick out with a torn meniscus of his own. Campbell’s knee will also require surgery and is expected to be sidelined for at least on month. Cal Petersen, who was a fifth-round pick of the Sabres in 2013, has been recalled to take Campbell’s spot on the roster.

Talbot will start Thursday in Florida.

Talbot allowed four goals on 23 shots in the Oilers loss in Washington on Monday. Mikko Koskinen started and lost on Tuesday, so they’ll come back to Talbot tonight in Florida. Talbot has gone 3-3-0 with a 2.86 GAA and .899 SV% in six road starts this season.

Campbell allowed one goal on 27 shots in the Kings win over the Blue Jackets on Saturday. In his last three starts, Campbell has gone 2-1-0 while allowing eight goals on 82 shots (.902 SV%). Tonight he faces a banged up Ducks team that has lost seven of their last eight while being outscored 26-to-16.

Lyon missed the start of the season but has gone 2-1-0 with a 2.68 GAA and .934 SV% in three games with Lehigh Valley since. Lyon has been called up because Brain Elliott is day-to-day, Michal Neuvirth is on IR and Lyon should backup Calvin Pickard.

Talbot will start Monday in Washington.

Talbot allowed four goals on 28 shots in the Oilers loss to the Wild last Tuesday. Mikko Koskinen went on to start the next two games, but the Oilers will come back to Talbot tonight vs. the Capitals. Talbot stopped 31 of 32 shots in a win over the Capitals in Edmonton 11 days ago.
