Copp was hurt against the Islanders last Thursday after scoring a first period hat-trick. He missed Saturday's game in Boston but was on the ice for Monday's practice and will be a game-time decision on Tuesday. Since joining the Rangers at the trade deadline, Copp has scored eight goals with 10 assists (18 points) in 15 games.




Copp scored a hat-trick in the first period but then left with a lower-body injury against the Islanders on Thursday and is not expected to play Saturday in Boston. With both Copp and Filip Chytil (undisclosed) not likely to be available, look for two of Jonny Brodzinski, Greg McKegg and/or Julien Gauthier to draw into the lineup.


Larkin will miss the remainder of the 2021-22 season. Recovery time is expected to be 8-10 weeks. Larkin appeared in 70 games for Detroit this season and currently leads the team in both goals (31) and points (69).




Leonard suffered a lower-body injury vs. the Oilers on Tuesday and will not be in the lineup on Thursday. Jonathan Dahlen will draw back into the lineup to replace Leonard.


Attard was a third-round pick in 2019 and recently signed his entry-level contract following his third year at Western Michigan University. He will replace Keith Yandle, who will be a healthy scratch, snapping his ironman streak.



Attard was a third-round pick (No.72 overall) of the Flyers in 2019. The 23-year-old right-shot defenseman had 13 goals with 23 assists (36 points) in 39 games at Western Michigan University this season.
