The Blues have acquired Mason McTavish from the Ducks for the No.15 overall pick and the No.29 overall pick.

After four full seasons in Anaheim, Mason McTavish has been acquired by St. Louis for the No.15 overall pick and the No.29 overall pick on Friday. The 23-year-old was Anaheim's 2021 1st round pick (3rd overall) and had 17 goals, 41 points and 42 PIMs in 75 games played in 2025-26. He is expected to be a key part of St. Louis' top-six for the 2026-27 season.

St. Louis has signed Georgi Romanov to a two-year, two-way contract extension.

St. Louis has solidified its goaltending depth after it announced the Blues had signed Georgi Romanov to a two-year, two-way contract extension. The 26-year-old last appeared in the NHL with San Jose in 2024-25, going winless across eight appearances. He is expected to start the 2026-27 season in Springfield (AHL), where he shared the Thunderbirds crease last season, going 9-12-4 with a .896 SV% and 3.29 GAA.

The Blues have signed Dylan Peterson to a one-year, two-way contract extension.

Peterson was a third-round pick of the Blues in 2020 and has yet to appear in an NHL game. After four years at Boston University, Petersson has spent the last two seasons in the AHL, where he has scored 25 goals and 21 assists (46 points) in 109 games.

The Blues have signed Zach Dean to a one-year, two-way contract extension.

Dean was originally selected with the No.30 overall pick in 2021 and was traded to the Blues for Ivan Barbashev in 2023. Since then, he's appeared in just nine NHL games and has spent the last two full seasons in Springfield (AHL). In 2025-26, he had just four goals and 10 assists (14 points) in 36 AHL games.

The Blues have signed Dylan Holloway to a 5-year contract extension worth $7.75M AAV ($38.75M total)

Holloway missed a significant portion of the 2025-26 season due to injuries, but was tremendous when healthy, building on his breakout 2024-25 season. The 24-year-old forward averaged a career-high 18:15 time-on-ice, recording 129 hits and 51 points (22G / 29A) in 59 games. Even with his injury woes, Holloway’s 51-point season was tied for second on the Blues, earning him a five-year contract extension.

Hofer will start in Utah on Thursday.

Hofer will get the nod for the Blues season finale in Utah on Thursday. Hofer secured the victory in his last start, stopping 28 of the 31 shots he faced in a 6-3 win over the Wild on Monday. The 25-year-old netminder has been one of the few bright spots for the Blues this season, posting a 23-13-5 record and a .910 SV% across 45 appearances. Hofer and the Blues enter action on Thursday at -125 on the money line.

St. Louis has signed Arseni Koromyslov to a two-year, entry-level contract.

Koromyslov was St. Louis' 2020 4th round pick (120th overall) and has signed a two-year, entry-level contract on Wednesday. The 22-year-old Russian defensemen just completed his fourth season in KHL and second with Traktor Chelyabinsk (KHL), where he had a goal and 17 points in 61 games played.
