Skinner was placed on the non-roster list Tuesday as he left the team to be with his wife for the birth of their first son. The 24-year-old will be missed, as he has taken over the starting gig in Edmonton due to his strong play resulting in his 12-10-2 record, 2.96 GAA and .914 SV%.


Duehr had ten goals, six assists, 20 PIMs and a +1 plus/minus through 31 games with the Calgary Wranglers (AHL) and will make his 2022-23 Calgary Flames debut Tuesday vs. the Blues. The 25-year-old has previously played in one NHL game in 2021-22 with the Flames.

Samberg has a goal, six assists, 28 SOG, 12 PIMs and a +4 plus/minus through 31 games but will be the odd man out as he is a healthy scratch Tuesday vs. Detroit. Ville Heinola will take his spot in the Jets' lineup.

The 29-year-old is in the Vezina Trophy race this season, due to his 20-9-1 record, 2.30 GAA and .928 SV%. He draws the Detroit Red Wings Tuesday, who are in the midst of a three-game losing skid and rank in the bottom 10 in both goals per game (24th) and shots per game (26th).
