Jacob Markstrom
Andrew Cogliano will miss the next two games and then will be re-evaluated (undisclosed).

Cogliano left Monday's game vs. the Islanders after just 10:14 TOI due to an undisclosed injury. The 35-year-old will miss the next two games and then be re-evaluated so he could be out for some time. He has four goals, three assists, 43 SOG and a +6 plus/minus through 30 games this season.

Andrew Cogliano
Husso will start Wednesday vs. the Lightning.

Husso allowed four goals on 42 shots (.905 SV%) for his fourth straight loss in an overtime defeat to Washington his last time out. The 27-year-old has been enjoying a solid first season in Detroit, with his 11-6-5 record, 2.66 GAA and .913 SV%. He will take on the Tampa Bay Lightning, who snapped a five-game winning streak with a 4-1 loss to Toronto in their last game.

Ville Husso
Reimer will start Tuesday vs. the Flames.

Reimer stopped 39 of 41 shots (.951 SV%) but picked up the hard-fought overtime loss in his previous start vs. Los Angeles. The 34-year-old has been his usual, solid self this year, with a 6-8-3 record, 2.86 GAA and .907 SV%. He will face the Calgary Flames, who will be looking for a second victory in as many games over the Sharks after a 5-2 win their last game.

James Reimer
Dostal will start Tuesday in Los Angeles.

Dostal stopped 46 of 49 shots (.939 SV%) in the best start of his young career his last time out as he beat the Edmonton Oilers for his second straight win. The 22-year-old has been mediocre while filling in for the Ducks' injured goaltenders, with his 2-1-0 record, 3.73 GAA and .898 SV%. He should be busy yet again as he faces the Los Angeles Kings, who are ninth in the NHL in shots on goal per game (32.9).

Lukas Dostal
Petr Mrazek will start vs. the Nashville Predators Wednesday.

Petr Mrazek allowed three goals on 21 shots (.857 SV%) for his seventh loss in eight starts as he was defeated by Minnesota his last time out. It has been a horrific season for the 30-year-old, who has a 2-7-1 record, 4.24 GAA, .872 SV%. He will face the Nashville Predators, who snapped a six-game losing streak with a 4-3 overtime win over Edmonton on Monday.

Petr Mrazek
Copley will start Tuesday vs. the Ducks.

Copley stopped 23 of 25 shots (.920 SV%) for his fourth victory in five starts as he beat the San Jose Sharks his last time out. The 30-year-old has been solid in limited action, essentially taking the Kings' starting role over due to his 4-1-0 record, 2.71 GAA and .904 SV%. He will face Anaheim Tuesday, who have surprisingly won their last two games but also rank 30th in the NHL in goals per game (2.41).

Pheonix Copley
Jones was the first goalie off of the ice at the Kraken morning skate.

Jones last game was a relief effort a week ago (Dec.13) vs. Tampa Bay, where he allowed two goals on 10 shots (.800 SV%) while getting no decision. Jones has a great record (13-5-2) but has struggled most nights as shown by his .888 SV% and 2.95 GAA. He takes on the incredibly streaky St. Louis Blues, who are in the middle of a four-game winning streak.

Martin Jones
Austin Czarnik has cleared waivers and been reassigned to Grand Rapids (AHL).

Czarnik had two goals, an assist, 13 SOG and a +2 plus/minus through 12 games with the Red Wings while averaging 11:27 TOI but will not head back to Grand Rapids (AHL) after passing through waivers Monday. The 30-year-old heads back to Grand Rapids, where he was dominant to start the year, with six goals, eight assists and four PIMs through his first 12 games.

Austin Czarnik
Luke Kunin will miss the remainder of the 2022-23 season after having surgery to repair a torn ACL.

Kunin has five goals, eight assists, 42 PIMs and 58 SOG but will not miss the remainder of the season after having surgery to repair a torn ACL Tuesday. The estimated time of recovery for injuries of this nature is approximately six-eight months, so Kunin will hope to be back for the start of the 2023-24 season.

Luke Kunin
Nick DeSimone has been recalled from the Calgary Wranglers (AHL).

DeSimone has four goals and 11 assists, with 18 PIMs and a +7 plus/minus through 20 games with the Calgary Wranglers (AHL) prior to his second call-up of the season to the Flames. He has also played in four games with the Flames, where he picked up no points, two PIMs and a -4 plus/minus.

Nick DeSimone
Talbot will likely start Tuesday in Winnipeg.

Talbot stopped 29 of 32 shots (.906 SV%) for his fourth straight win as he beat Detroit in his last start. The 35-year-old has been enjoying a solid first season in the Nations' Capital, with his 8-7-0 record, 2.55 GAA and .916 SV%. He will face the Winnipeg Jets, who have been very sound defensively this season, ranking fourth in the NHL in goals allowed per game (2.58).

Cam Talbot
Dennis Gilbert has been placed on the injured reserve (undisclosed).

Gilbert left the Flames' previous contest Sunday after just 3:51 TOI after a spirited fight led to him leaving the game due to an undisclosed injury. It is a tough bounce for the 26-year-old, who was playing in his first game since Nov. 25th and only has one assist and five SOG through eight games this season.

Dennis Gilbert
David Rittich will start Tuesday vs. the Ottawa Senators.

Rittich stopped 31 of 34 shots (.912 SV%) as he picked up the loss vs. Seattle in his previous start Sunday. The Jets' backup has struggled this season, with his 4-3-0 record, 2.77 GAA and .896 SV%. Ryan McDonagh will return Wednesday vs. the Chicago Blackhawks (upper body).

McDonagh has not played since Dec. 2nd due to an upper-body injury but will return to the Predators' lineup vs. the Blackhawks Wednesday. Ryan McDonagh
Filip Chytil will play Tuesday vs. the Penguins (upper body).

Chytil left the Rangers' previous contest vs. Chicago after just 4:48 TOI due to an upper-body injury but still managed to pick up a goal and an assist with two SOG in his limited time.
