Campbell will start Thursday vs. the Hurricanes.

Jack Campbell struggled in his previous start, getting pulled after allowing four goals on 11 shots in a 4-3 loss to Calgary in the Battle of Alberta. After sitting in Edmonton's previous game Monday for back-up Stuart Skinner, he will be looking to bounce back after a shakey first two starts where he has amassed an ugly 6.00 GAA and .851 SV% on the back of signing a five-year deal with the Edmonton in the offseason. He draws the tough task of taking on the unbeaten Carolina Hurricanes (3-0-0) who have only allowed one goal in each of their three wins so far.

Wedgewood will start Thursday in Toronto.

Wedgewood will get his first start of the 2022-23 season Thursday as the Stars head to Toronto to take on the Maple Leafs. After being dealt to the Stars at the 2021-22 trade deadline, Wedgewood was solid, posting three wings and a .913 SV% while backing Jake Oettinger to end the season. He will take on a Maple Leafs team that will be looking for vengeance after losing an unexpected showdown with Arizona 3-2 on Monday.

Scott Wedgewood
Ullmark will start Thursday vs. the Ducks.

Ullmark will start Thursday after stopping five of six shots in relief of Jeremy Swayman in the Bruins' 7-5 loss to Ottawa Tuesday. The starter has been sensational this season going 2-0-0 with a .927 SV% and a 2.59 GAA in both of his dominant performances so far. The Bruins host the Anaheim Ducks who have allowed four or more goals in all four of their games on the way to a 1-3-0 record.

Linus Ullmark
Gibson will start Thursday in Boston.

Gibson and the Anaheim defence have struggled mightily in his three starts as his 5.96 GAA is second last in the NHL supported by his low .872 SV%. The Ducks head to Boston to take on a 3-1-0 Bruins team coming off their first loss Tuesday in a 7-5 battle with the Ottawa Senators. Even without superstar Brad Marchand the Bruins are averaging 5.25 GF/G through their first four.

John Gibson
Stralman will not play Thursday due to visa issues.

Stralman was eligible to play in Canada on Tuesday but will not be available for Thursday's game vs. the Ducks. Luckily for the Bruins, Matt Grzelcyk (shoulder) is set for his season debut to replace Stralman.

Anton Stralman
Grzelcyk (shoulder) will make his season debut on Thursday.

Grzelcyk missed the first four games of the season after getting a procedure done on his shoulder in the summer. Grzelcyk will replace Anton Stralman (visa issues) in the line-up and should see top-4 minutes and PP2 time at the very least. Grzelcyk had four goals and 20 assists (24 points) in 73 games a season ago.

Wedgewood was the first goalie off of the ice at the Stars morning skate.

Petersen was the first goalie off of the ice at the Kings morning skate.

Cal Petersen will draw his second start in three games after stopping 32 of 35 shots in a 4-3 victory over Nashville earlier Monday. After conceding the first two games of the season to Jonathan Quick in Kings' losses, Petersen will have started three of the last four games struggling with a 2-0-0 record off a high 4.32 GAA and low .866 SV%. He takes on a Penguins team that has a point in all three games with six goals being scored in two of those outings.

Cal Petersen
Kuemper will start Thursday in Ottawa.

Kuemper is coming off a 26-save, 6-4 comeback victory over the Vancouver Canucks in his last time out. He has enjoyed an up-and-down beginning to the season after signing a five-year deal withl Washington in the offseason with a .889 SV% and 3.03 GAA through three starts. He will face the 1-2-0 Ottawa Senators on the road Thursday who is coming off a seven goal victory their last time out.

Darcy Kuemper

The Kings are on a three-game winning streak where they have averaged 5.33 GF during the span.

Tristan Jarry
Samsonov starts Thursday vs. the Stars.

Samsonov stopped 26 of 28 shots in the Maple Leafs win over the Senators last Saturday. Samsonov got the night off on Monday but he figures to be busy moving forward with Matt Murray on IR. Dallas has won their first three games while averaging 4.3 goals for and 1.0 goals against per game.

Fleury takes the crease after being pulled in his previous start after allowing four goals on 14 shots in a 7-6 Wild loss to the LA Kings. He has had a disastrous start to 2022-23, dawning an 8.35 GAA to go along with his .776 SV% for the winless Wild. They will host the Vancouver Canucks, who have blown a record four straight double-digit leads on the way to their 0-3-1 record.
